I have owned my Color LaserJet 2840 printer for about 10 years (possibly more). I have purchased remanufactured cartridges in the past and never once had an issue. These seem to have a big issue though. I've had the cartridges in for 2 weeks and have been fighting with them the entire time. The toner carousel doesn't line up correctly with these installed. Immediately after installing them, I couldn't even get them all in. 1 of the 4 cartridges wouldn't line up in the carousel correctly. I was able to find a carousel release and get it to line up correctly to get the cartridge in place. Once I installed it, it went through it's calibration and I was able to print. I don't print that often but almost every time I do, I have to realign the carousel again. This is something I've never had to deal with in the past. I will be contacting Amazon to return these. I've printed less than 100 pages on these.

Our HP LaserJet 2840 was completely out of all colors & needed a new drum. I searched Amazon & found the original HP items & added them to the cart. The total was over $400!! I decided to give these a try after reviewing many others & found all the products from AZ Supplies have great reviews. I am so thankful I found them. They are working great & I saved over $250 off the originals. Just make sure to purchase directly from the manufacturer (MPSCAL) to ensure you get genuine replacements.Please Note: The seller (MPSCAL) does not include return labels for the old cartridges but I contacted them & they provided a pre-paid return label.

I just tried to change cartridges and so far neither Black or Yellow will work in my printer! Not happy right now as this was a lot of money to spend on something that won't work! I would like a refund or replacement!

I am not sure there is cheaper ones out there, but I am a happy customer. Good pricing, prompt delivery, and ink works good in good quality.

This product was terrible. Do not buy. The print drum was a major disappointment. Printed materials were smudged and otherwise terrible looking - useless.

Very reasonable prices, everything came well packaged. Installed into the printer and they all work great! I will be ordering these again.
