Yes! This makes a spectacular marinade with soy sauce, ginger, honey and cumin. Can't wait to try this as a glaze on baby back ribs. Re-think the Worcestershire: tamarind concentrate. Sub it and up it. This isn't like the good yellow mustard sauce you've had in the past. It's better. Not for the Faint of Flavor; it makes your taste buds flash.All I'm going to say is coarse-grain Dijon mustard, brown sugar, honey, cider vinegar and tamarind concentrate.

I loved it until I saw a different concentrate, but it really gets the job done and tastes great! Just a little less concentrated than I'd like.

Got this for some recipes from Minimalist Baker (she'd recommended this brand). It's the best tamarind concentrate I've used and the flavor is fantastic.

This is the best of all the tamarind pastes I have tried. It has a very refreshing taste, and is not sweet so does not alter the taste of savory dishes. However, there always seems to be pretty big sand grains in it, like small stones, and has to be strained. The manufacturer needs to urgently address this issue please.

I was curious to try another brand of tamarind. I really like this one. It's thicker and a little more sour than the brand I've been getting.So far I've put in my Tom yum soup and green papaya salad and both have turned out better than ever. I will buy this again.

BUYER BEWARE!!! As the last few reviewers have mentioned ... this product is no longer being fairly represented on Amazon. We last ordered this product in January 2018 and received the blue bottle of LIQUID tamarind concentrate by C.T.F. Brand as pictured ... the item was listed only as "Tamarind Concentrate 14 oz". It appears that since at least May 2018, the title has been changed to "Tamarind Concentrate 14 oz PACKAGING MAY VARY" ... and apparently that means they don't necessarily send the item pictured, but instead you will receive a block of seedless Tamarind Paste that appears to be by a completely different manufacturer, Dragon 88 Brand.This is extremely unfortunate if you were specifically intending to buy concentrate instead of paste ... the product actually pictured is perfect ... and I've used this style (possibly even brand) of tamarind paste before, but while OK it is not as convenient as the concentrate.
