It's easy to use and fits in most shoes
A friend told me to try this unlikely product for relief of Plantar Fasciitis. I see no reason why this helps but it really does. It's easy to use and fits in most shoes. Obviously it does not fit in any shoes with open backs (many sandals, flip flops, sling back heels etc.) It's annoying that this doesn't come in pairs thus saving shipping.
