It's comfortable but it doesn't keep cool it is more like a heater.

not a fan of this pillow. its a little flat for me and doesn't live up to the cooling technological claims.

I'm very pick on my pillows but it was time for a new one. Both my boyfriend and I love this pillow, it is a big difference from my normal pillow. One of the two pillows did have a smell the first week, but it has gone since then.

The worst and most uncomfortable pillow, I have ever tried. Do not buy this pillow..

this pillow was so flat..once you lay down on it, it totally flattens out
