Heat shrink connectors
I have used the connector kit to rewire my sailboat. They worked very well. I had to use more heat to get the connector to shrink. In the past I have used a hair drier, with these connectors I had to use a small torch.

Standard heat shrink connectors
These connectors worked OK for installing a new car stereo. I would not use them for anything more heavy duty than that application as the are quite flimsy and don't grip the wire too well even after being crimped, and heat shrunk.they will work fine for light duty applications.

Bought this to do some wiring around the car. Seem good quality, and work perfectly fine with a heat gun.
