DiplomatCherry Wood Eight Watch Winder with Off-White Leather Interior

Although the product is good looking I am sorry to say that it does not keep all of my wathches running. I have a Rolex and a Tag Heuer that it will not keep wound. Also no information is provided to contact the merchant.

First of all the product is quite large. If you're looking for something that doesn't take up your entire dresser I'd go with the 4 watch model. I have over 20 watches so this was ideal for me. The case is quite beautiful and has worked flawlessly so far. It's very quiet and seems to be well made. The only complaint I have is the lock on the front of the case doesn't work. It might just be for show but even if it did lock I don't think it would stop anyone from getting in.

Worked quite ok to begin with but slowly dying after 2 years. One half is noisy, the other will not always start. The rotating assembly are now loose on one side.

I found the product (Diplomat) very well finished, works very well, exactly what I was looking for my watches. Critical only for the lock and key, that could be improved.

I bought this watch winder and last for less than an hour.I did not receive a/c adapter that is suppose to be included (as stated in the only and single page manual book), thus i need to buy another a/c adapter my self.work for 10 mins than it was broken.I was asked to return that to Amazon and pay my own postage fee which will cost me USD 1,100.by DHL (Sending goods from Indonesia is not as cheap as sending them from USA)I am really disappointed with this product as well as the service and responsibility from Amazon.

Good looking, impressive watch winder. It has excellant cherry wood finish and the interior is well done in a cream color. This unit works well with all but the largest watches. But, when this was designed no one expected there to be watches of 65 mm diameter. This is the sixth large winder I have purchased from Amazon and I will buy more in the future.

From the first month I got this the winders, which are controlled by two separate motors-one motor for two winders would stick and make a high pitched squeeel and would take anywhere from a second or two to a minute for the winders to turn and the noise to stop. After a few months you had to give the winders a manual turn to get them to rotate and stop making the loud sqeeling noise. Then at 16 months one of the motors just quit. I would not recommend

Although I'm going to return it, I still give it 4 stars. The finish is very nice and the cherry red with gold accents/hinges look very luxurious. The cushions look like they will withstand some wear. The lost star comes from the very ugly "Diplomat" nameplate on the top which was skewed a bit on my copy. Would remove it with some dental floss if it was a keeper. The issue is that the winder is MASSIVE. Please look at the dimensions and see what I mean. I hoped to keep this on the nightstand but it's more of a coffee-table winder. Heck, put four legs on it and it becomes a coffee table! Else, nice unit.

Arrived smashed. Returned. I have ordered several of these Diplomat winders and all the rest were delivered in good condition and work well. Not this one.

It looks nice. But it stopped working after a few months

My only complaint is: one of the motor makes noise. I hope it wont break. I will try a bit longer
