This is a very nice looking winder, and of decent quality for the price, but it has poor functionality and design. It can only accommodate certain watches. The motors have trouble with heavier watches and the cushions aren't big enough to hold the watches securely even with the added wrap around they give you. My old winder actually would give you two wrap arounds increasing in size for that issue and my wrists aren't even that big. Another issue is that the spacing between the two watches (per turntable) is small so if you have big watches they could clank together causing damage to one or both watches. If your watches are small and/or have straps instead of bracelets, this winder is better suited for you and the price is actually pretty good.You also should make sure to check to see if the few program options that are offered with this winder meet the needs of your watch. Speeds (RPM) aren't adjustable, and I believe there is only one. I should also point out that this doesn't have three motors. It has only two. One of the turntables operate on one motor and the other two turntables are controlled by a second motor. The problem with this is that a.) if the motor controlling two goes bad, four watches are affected and b.) you have to obligate four watches to that one particular rotation program.I ended up returning this immediately for all of the above issues and opted for the Brookstone four watch winder. It is very well made; has a separate motor for each turntable; and every turntable has many available programs/speeds (RPM). Plus it is virtually silent (the Diplomat you definitely can hear).

The settings on this are strange. I'd like this product to run during the day when I am not home...every 12 or 24 hours. The setting runs for 3 hours every 9 hours. The problem here is that I have the winder in the same room I sleep in, and it is loud! It wakes me up! Quick fix was to buy a timer for the outlet (Christmas lights timer) so the winder only runs for 2 hours / day (plenty enough to wind all my watches) and it runs while I am at work and not sleeping!The box IS Gorgeous though. I don't regret this purchase. However, at $230 I would have expected this to run MUCH quieter.

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my husband. He opened his gift 4 weeks after purchased cause we were away for the holidays. He displaced this beautiful watch winder and 1 week later 1 of the motors burned. I returned it to the company and it was repaired. One month later the other motor went. Once again the company asked me to return it. At this point, I didn't want this item fix. I wanted my money back. Unfortunately, Amazon will not refund or exchange the item. Amazon left it up to me to deal with the company. 7 months later, I still have this broken watch winder. Will never recommend you purchase from this manufacturer. Terrible customer service. They will only email you no phone.

The product is beautiful but the instructions lack the basics. there is no indication of what and where the knobs are and no illustration to help. Also I noticed that the middle group does not rotate with the other two. There is no address or any indication of who to contact if there is a problem. After getting used to how it works I can say that I an very satisfied..

1. The watch winder is only suitable for light watches due to the turntable set in an incline. Heavier and bulkier watches like Hamiltons, Orises, etc will result in: a) watches scraping against the glass cover and possibly ruining the watch bezel; and b) watches shifting place due to its weight when the turntable is spinning. 2. The finishing quality on the turntable is poor. The leather peels off. Definitely not meant for winding watches with a case thickness of 10mm or more or heavy watches with steel bracelet.

After two years one rotor fail due a friction between one winder and the base. That produce a weathering in one rotor belt with loose of movement.

This is the second time I ordered a watch winder from diferent brands and it seems they have the same problem one of the three dials doesn't move some times and I dont know what to do I don't recommend this box

This thing came packaged well and shipped fast. It is simply gorgeous! In addition to the six slots for watch winding, it has 7 additional slots for watch storage (just below the cirular winding slots in the picture). It looks great and is a superb place to store my watches!

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift. It arrived fast. The wood is very beautiful. The picture doesn't do it justice.
