Shipment Packaging
This is the second time I am ordering this item and it is a replacement. The item itself is quite lovely. My first order of these arrived in pieces. The box was intact but the inside packaging was a styrofoam MESS. Both wings were broken in multiple places. I shipped it back and received a replacement. Both wing were intact for the most part but there were chips and pieces that came off the wings in the plastic packaging. Because I liked the wings so much I just glued what I could back on and it is actually ok. Again the inside packaging was a styrofoam MESS again so please BEWARE before you purchase these. They need to find a better way to protect the item for shipping other than styrofoam. These items are too heavy for this cheap styrofoam they are using.

ARRIVED BROKEN 🤬
Just got my wings and just like all the other reviews they arrived BROKEN will NOT reorder and cannot recommend these at all they look beautiful BUT very poor packaging this seller needs to wake up read their reviews to see everyone’s orders are arrivingBROKEN !

Nice but heavy
They look nice, I bought this color because it was way shipper than the silver ones and painted them myself. what I don’t like is that they are very heavy

It's just very upsetting
They did not match one is different than the other. One side 1 1/2" longer. The hanging wholes we off did not match. Very dissatisfied, because my son just passed away and now he is my perfect angel in heaven. Just not on my wall.

Insufficient packaging
After two attempts to receive the angel wings, on both occasions the polystyrene packaging was damaged causing the tip of the wing to be broken.Shame because they were just what we wanted. Sadly need to improve the packaging
