Simplism Silicone Case Set for iPad Black

This product had a lot of promise and i had expected more when i ordered it. I take a good amount of hand written notes as needed for math and diagram intensive classes. I was having trouble with the Apple case because it didn't provide a solid portrait view platform for writing and viewing my eText books. This was the only case i found that claimed to level out the iPad making it more stable when on flat surfaces. The four elevated points it uses to stabilize the iPad work fine at providing a solid writing base, but the case is very flimsy and slippery when attempting to hold up for reading. The edges of the case are made of a thin silicone that doesn't grip or lock onto the iPad well, and i find myself having to take the case off if I'm going to hold the iPad up for reading. If the case locked onto the iPad and had more grip for holding the ipad up for reading, this would be a five star case. But because of the flimsy edges that seed the ipad and the lack of grip when holding the iPad up, i can't rate it any higher.

It is loose for my ipad 4th generation new, but I am ok with it since I can get on and off of it very easily.
