I tried manually swaddling with a muslin wrap and I tried the Swaddleme brand. No matter how tightly I wrapped my little Houdini she was able to break the swaddle and subsequently startle herself awake. This swaddle is wonderful, and she can’t seem to get a free arm out no matter how much she wiggles. We have now reached a point where she has one side partially unzipped. I thought for sure she would break out now but nope! She is still securely swaddled and sleeping soundly. I also like that this will covert to a wearable blanket when she starts rolling over. The fabric is stretchy but not too stretchy. It does not wear out no matter how many times you wash it - it’s going on over 40 washes now with no change. It’s well constructed and the snaps are awesome. The snaps are quiet without any scratchy or sharp parts. The snap near the zipper is easy to close.

So easy to swaddle baby in these, and it’s so nice that they grow with them. You can use these past the newborn stage. Easy to wash. Quality material.

We bought this for our 3 week old after we became frustrated with the zip up newborn swaddle we had gotten that seemed to be getting too tight. I went searching for a swaddle with room for her to wear for a couple months and found this! I read a bunch of the reviews and have found that she isn’t exposed to any of the zips or snaps that expand the swaddle when in its smallest size, the extra fabric for the expandable foot portion sits under her and is far enough away from her this little, and she sleeps really well in it! The zip is necessary if you have an escape artist like we do. I love that there are little snaps that hold the arm slots closed in addition to the outside zipper and that everything is enclosed in soft fabric. Some people said it’s not stretchy but I think it is! I bought 2 of these and I’ll probably get a couple more because they’re great and I want some on hand in case of a blowout. My only criticism is that the 2 way zipper at the bottom doesn’t go completely to the bottom so when changing her at night I can’t tuck the swaddle under and away from her. So far the benefits far outweigh that note!

This swaddle works great for babies at the smaller size when it’s all zipped up. Great fabric (nice and lightweight), snugly fit, and our baby liked that he could hold his arms by his chest instead of straight down. BUT once they grow out of it, you must immediately go to the largest size— there’s no incremental “growing” aspect, it’s either small or large. We tried just unzipping just one side but then it was too small for his legs/knees, or if we unzippped both one side and the feet area, it would end up being too loose around his chest and he would wiggle his hands up (getting the fabric too near his nose for my comfort). So we put it away till he was big enough to use them completely unzipped as sleep sacks. So yes, these work GREAT when at their smallest setting, and then months later at their biggest setting. But not really in between. In addition, the arm holes (for the sleep sack use) are a bit lower than the shoulders, so it’s an awkward fit with extra bunching. Safe, and use-able, but a bit flawed in the design. I would use it again for a small baby, but I’d prefer to use different sleep sacks or swaddles once they grow out of that smaller, zipped up size.

Three kids in this is my favorite swaddle and we’ve tried A LOT. They cannot get out because it’s a zipper and the length may seem like a lot at first but they grow into it especially if you have tall babies or swaddle for a long time. In fact this one is longer than the original one I had from my first child and I much prefer it. I love the double zipper making diaper changes at night easier and the side zippers giving more width, arms out options and length is genius!

Loved the swaddle until i had to use it with the arms out. The shoulders are so awkward in this that the baby pushed the material up to his face. I would suggest skipping this product l. The worst part is i bought two and didn't realize the issue until he got old enough to use it without the arms... So sad

Love this! Our baby sleeps so well in this. It allows his arms to still move a bit but it still keeps him snuggled. Love that it had lots of room in the hips too. The neck hole was a bit tight but we just stretch it out and leave the zipper down half an inch or so to help with that. Hasn't been a problem.

There isn’t much more to say other than buy this swaddle. It is such high quality, you get a very significant value for the money as it grows with your child as they develop, super easy to use in the middle of the night when you can’t see straight, soft and comfortable! Light enough that we could use it on even the warmest summer nights but stretchy enough to comfortably layer in some warmer pieces underneath on chillier nights. Will need something heavier in our climate come winter. My only regret is that I didn’t have this starting from day one. I will be including this item in all my gifts for friends with new babies! Amazing!

L'idea della fasciatura del sacchetto è geniale. Evita di mettersi a farla se non si ha voglia di "swaddolare", ma probabilmente sarebbe ottima se si abitasse da subito il bimbo/bimba appena nato a starci. Io l'ho comprato dopo un mese che è nata mia figlia, circa... forse anche qualcosa in più, e non amava essere "costretta" lì dentro, preferiva molto di più essere avvolta in una coperta dalla quale potersi in caso liberare più facilmente, ma credo come dicevo, che dipenda da momento che si comincia ad usarlo. Ora che è più grandina voglio utilizzarlo come semplice sacco nanna visto che si ha la possibilità di far uscire le braccine fuori. E sicuramente con il prossimo figlio/figlia, lo utilizzerò da subito così da riscontrarne i veri benefici...magari dormendoci un pochino vicino per lasciargli il mio odore e renderlo più rassicurante 😊

Previously purchased the deluxe woombie in newborn size for my 2nd baby back in 2012 and I loved it. Baby slept longer in it and is very comfortable in it. When I found out now they have it in this grow with me size, I’m very excited and bought one for my 3rd pregnancy. It is a bit wider and longer at the bottom part. Quality is fantastic. I still have the old ones that I bought for my 2nd baby and it still looks good 8 years later.

An sich ein toller Schlafsack mit, für mich, nicht zu Ende gedachter Funktion. Mein Sohn ist sehr aktiv und muss "gepuckt" werden damit er einigermaßen gut schlafen kann und sich nicht selbst durch sein Gezappel wach macht. Er ist jetzt 62cm lang und hat bis vor kurzem gut in den Sack gepasst (wenn alle Reißverschlüsse geschlossen waren). Nun wird es zu eng für ihn, zumindest was die Länge angeht, was mich dazu bring den umlaufenden Reißverschluss, der den Schlafsack durch zusätzlichen Stoff verlängert, zu öffnen. Die Beinfreiheit ist somit wieder gewährleistet, allerdings ist somit auch mehr Platz am Oberkörper und das Kind hat wieder ausreichend Platz zum zappeln und versucht die Hände zum Kragen rauszustrecken. So kann man das ganze nicht mehr Puckschlafsack nennen. Optimal wäre, wenn der umlaufenden Reißverschluss beidseitig zu öffnen wäre, sodass man bis zur Hüfte des Kindes diesen wieder schließen kann damit es wieder oberhalb "gepuckt" ist und die Bewegungsfreiheit an den Beinen trotzdem gegeben ist.

I've bought it for such an expensive price...57 euro...and when I've received I was oblige to pay extra 25chf because they didn't fill correctly the tax form. More than 80 euro for 1 swaddle!!!! Crazy
