Pull Bows are awesome. I used them when I had my business for gift baskets and bought them 100 in a box. So easy to make and when finished they looked professionally done. The long thinner ribbon that results from pulling the bow is great to put around the box but it also curls just like curling ribbon. I take mine and curl the full length then weave the curled ribbon in and out of the bows loops. It gives it a fuller bow look and something totally different. I would recommend these in any holiday design or solid color. Just keep on hand for any gift wrapping project.Back to update: Christmas 2016I'm back to buy more Christmas Gift Pull Bows and read some of the less than 5 star reviews. The bows are really very easy to use; I've probably made a couple of thousand while in business. I took some pictures that might be helpful.1) The two small strips of ribbon will be found between the two ends of the bows. You put your fingers on one hand (my left hand) against the larger ribbon and hold while taking the two smaller pieces of ribbon in your other hand (my right) and pull slowly.This will gather the big loops to the back side of your left hand.2). Keep pulling slowly until all the loops are gathered and the small ribbon strings are very long.3) Tie a knot as closely to the big loops (bow) as possible4) Not many know the long skinny ribbon that is left is like curling ribbon and you can curl the full length and work it into the bow for a more glamorous look. Either keeping them attached and working through the loops or cutting them off and into about 1 foot sections and working them through the bow loops.I hope the pictures are helpful. These bows are excellent and a huge step up from those little bows with the sticky square cardboard on the back. Maybe they are called peel and stick because that is what you do.As always Amazon has just what everyone needs and shipping is always quick

I do not get the people whose reviews indicated they felt like it was work to pull a ribbon and have a beautiful bow. A 5 year old could do it. The pull bows are so much prettier than the pre-made, they-all-look alike, stick-on kind. I bought a number of packages of these pull bows and took them to my daughter's house to help her and my granddaughters get through their marathon Christmas gift wrapping sessions of gifts for 14 family members. She had a lot of premade bows that had not been used the year before, some that had been used and were being reused and some she and my granddaughters made by hand as they wrapped, so we did not pull mine out until we were almost finished wrapping. You should have heard the squeals when they saw the first bow and how easy it was to have such a beautiful bow in seconds. So, we finished our wrapping and went to put everything up. I then realized a huge plus with these bows that I had not thought of - it takes almost no room to store the packages! Unlike the ready-made, stick-on bows, which take up an immense amount of room when you put Christmas wrapping away for the year, you can store enough pull bows to wrap an enormous amount of gifts in a shoe box. Next Christmas, the rest of the girls in the family can do the wrapping, I am going to insist on “making” all the bows.

I was disappointed at first when I realized you have to assemble your own bows, but it's so easy and actually pretty nifty! You just pull the strings and watch your bow form! This process leaves the bows looking puffed up with great shape. Make sure you use a good double sided adhesive to attach them, I do not recommend Amazon Basics double sided tape (it's really awful and the adhesive did not hold for more than a day) as the bows kept falling off until I used a different brand tape. One bow did unravel but I think that's due to the fact that it was constantly falling off and readjusted because I used poor quality adhesive.

I didn't realize I'd be assembling, but it was super easy. Some didn't hold up, you have to tie like shoelaces to keep from unraveling. But they were very nice, like the most gourmet, quality bows under yhe tree compared to others.

I read the complaints about making the bows but decided to buy them anyway. I don't understand the complaints. I found them very easy to make. I did watch the video (very short) but I believe the instructions that came with them are very clear. I did have one "pull" line break while I was making the bow, making it unusable. And I think the suggestion that there should be a picture of the bows before they are expanded would be helpful. I like that the underside is a solid color. I think it adds to the attractiveness of the bows.

This product isn’t just a pull out of package & stick to a gift, as 99% of us are used to since they’re for gifts. You must assemble each individual bow. It comes as single strips per design & color in the package. I don’t know one single person (outside of someone working with real ribbons), that wants to assemble something like this. I’ll be returning this ASAP.

Don't feel they are good deal for the price. They aren't too hard to assemble but getting them to stay together and stick to a present is another story. The style is pretty/different but for the price it's not worth the hassle.

Gorgeous bows! I can't believe how nice they are for this price! They would definitely cost at least $4 EACH in a store, probably more. I didn't really read the description, so i was a little taken aback when they arrived and were not assembled and completely flat. I thought, well that explains the great price. Well, it's actually a huge plus that these come as they do because they're better for storing. And all you do is pull a piece of string and it magically comes together. It's foolproof, extremely easy.
