These scissors are really sharp, so they cut thick nails well. The blade needs to be a little shorter and thcker, however.I worry that I will injure the tissue surrounding the nail.

These are quality nail scissors but point is extremely sharp so be careful when using these. I wasn't careful the first time I used them and managed to stab myself. Other than that these are a great product.

These scissors have sharp points but are not able to cut through thicker toel nails. They are not able to do what I was hoping and that is to cut in-grown toe nails.

Pretty good item for the money. I have a more expensive brand that is more of a nipper but now that I have this pair I almost never use the others. Should have got these first.

Only the very tip of the scissor cuts a nail...takes several attempts to trim nails which easily trim with a clipper.

Previous pedicure scissors actually broke in half trying to remedy an ingrown toenail BUT the new sturdy pedicure scissors I recently purchased from Amazon cured that problem Presto! I procrastinated about getting this ingrown toenail solved as the pain and frustration was present whenever I did. With my new pedicure scissors, I have no problem in cutting this severe problem into pieces. I can't understand why I didn't think of buying a sturdy Princess Care straight tip toe nail scissors, less costly treatment from Amazon--only a new scissors not a podiatrist bill--earlier.

Compared to the one I lost, this one doesn't do the job of cutting toe nails well. It's not very strong and does not cut well.

I will never understand why most clippers are curvedI prefer these straight scissors.These are so important to methat I bought this pair as a backup in case my decades old ones failor get lost.Thank you for offering these on AmazonShopping at Amazon is so much easier for me.

These toe nail scissors are certainly better than my old ones, but they still struggle with the thicker nails on my big toes, and don't seem like toe nails scissors to me, more like scissors you could use on your fingers, toes or for cutting thread! They do the job as long as I remember to use them the moment I'm out of the shower, but if I leave it ten minutes then they can't cope and will 'slip' off the nail which is a bit of a hazard. I should add that my toe nails aren't incredibly thick, but they do need scissors with a sharp, clean cut. The blades are quite short too. I can use them, but I wouldn't buy them again.

I am very pleased with these toe nail scissors as I have very tough toe nails which resist normal scissors and these work well.

A waste of money. They proved too weak to cut the nails on my big toes (which admittedly are pretty thick) and were not as good as the nail scissors I bought over 50 years ago.
