The straw if very supple compared to other hats I have purchased recently...and returned. It fits nicely, a little shallow in the crown but I believe that will sort itself out with wear. Nice style too. I like it! They packed it in a box big enough that it didn't get all scrunched up during shipment too.

Nice looking hat. I bought it to decorate with feathers. Medium was a bit big but with neck string it is fine

So cute! The only reason that I’m giving it four stars is because the brownish color on top of the hat is flaking off in some spots, but I’m pretty sure that I can take a magic marker and fill in the spots. Other than that, it easily shaped to, however you want it. I think I have a big head and I got a medium and it fits well. Just a smidge too big but depending on how my hair is that day I think it will work fine. I would rather have it a little bit big than too small.

I purchased this hat for a trip I was going on, I ordered a good two weeks in advance and it failed to arrive in time. The item was delivered after I even got back from my trip, although the packaging was nice and the hat was beautiful, I returned it as I no longer had use for it and summer is now over! Its a nice hat but if you order, make sure its 1 month in advance. No prime delivery was offered.

I have a small head and hats are hard to find that fit and don’t fall forward when I look down, this one fits great.
