I ordered this hoping it would fit a Sony Xperia Z Ultra, but unfortunately it won't. It seems pretty sturdy (the flexible neck is stiff - in a good way) and the clamp is strong as well. The claw (that holds the phone) opens very wide and can fit many large phones, but not the 6.4" Xperia Z Ultra apparently! I believe I searched the reviews ahead of time and couldn't find a definite answer so hopefully this helps some other giant phone owners!

Does a great job keeping my phone elevated to the same level as my monitors; a big help when I'm doing something and my job calls. Now I don't have to reach for the phone to see if I'm going to answer the phone!The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that, a few weeks after I got it, the little metal rod which goes through the spring and holds the two halves of the clip together fell out. I spent almost half an hour trying to figure out how to get it back together. Eventually I got it, and now every time I put my phone in I almost absently check that rod to make sure it's in all the way.

Shakes like crazy from the slightest touch the clip that hooks to the table is way to weak for a flexible arm someone with arthritis probably could not bend it to shape it its so stiff weakens after awhile though and the clip for the phone hits the volume button of my phone unless you adjust for it then my phone is hardly being held. it did get here fast

Works well except the plastic nut that tightens down the holder broke first day I had it!

Difficult to use

Very secure and sturdy. The clip pivots around very well. Only negative, if you can really call it that, is that the flexible goose neck is not so flexible. You kinda want to twist and shape it before you clip it. The clip won't hold on strong enough for you to adjust the gooseneck which is really very stiff. The gooseneck being so stiff does keep it from flopping around and up and down. So you'll have to decide for yourself.
