I purchased one of these gimbals, but it came with a cracked screen, a defective charger, and an issue where the gimbal doesn't reset the horizon properly when it is turned on or when it is reset to the proper horizon, rather it is offset. I sent this gimbal back, and I ordered a replacement. The replacement came this afternoon, however, it had a damaged battery compartment that was super loose, plus the rubber on the bottom of the gimbal was peeling off to the point where it was almost off right out of the box. I didn't even turn it on to test the software or the batteries. I sent this second gimbal back this evening and ordered a Ronin-S to replace it.I have had other issues with Pergear as a supplier in the past and I was severely disappointed with the quality of these gimbals. I've worked with an original Moza Air before, and I really enjoyed it; I was disappointed with Gudsen as well here, and I hope both companies get their acts together.

I got my package, and when I opened the box the lcd screen was already cracked. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to using this product. I'm expecting a full refund and a replacement, because this is just plain rediculous and a waste of my time and money at this point.

Works great thus far. No difficulties others have reported. Lower marks for light weight and easy to hold are due to its high payload potential

As the review say this gimbals stabilized well and produced good footage. What they don't deal with is longer term. The batteries that came started failing with weeks. The voltage would simply drop to zero and they would not charge. You cant just replace them with any 18650, you nee the longer batteries with the nubs on the positive end because the battery compartment is too lose for the more common type. That alone ruins the experience of this pretty fast. Bit soon other things start to appear. I've only used my a few time and the faux leather is peeling off from the battery door because it was not attached properly.Yes the gimbals works well, at least until your batteries fail. But soon the corner cutting comes into view and the lack of attention to detail starts to show.

My initial impressions of this gimbal have been good. Easy to balance and align with various lenses. Holds my DSLRs well (Canon 80D and 60D), and the second included mount plate was a nice touch for those using multiple cameras. The controls offer some great features, and the app expands the functionality even further. It will take me a while to master the advanced features on this gimbal - but it can be used successfully right from the box.The only drawback to this gimbal is the inability to break it down, but this was well documented in reviews - so was not a surprise. But this may be a factor for those looking to travel.The batteries that came with the unit powered the gimbal, but one battery never indicated "full" on the charger (light remains red). The seller contacted me to follow up on the purchase (they initiated contact), and when I explained the battery issue, they immediately offered to send a replacement battery kit. Great customer service in my opinion.

the baseplate is one large unit and the main spring-screw holding it in place broke after 1 day. The whole unit is pretty jerky and inconsistent - oh and the Bluetooth doesn't work and the USB-C cord won't connect to the unit. The support is awful and totally impossible to get replacement parts because i don't speak Chinese. An English help center would be appropriate if you're going to be selling units in NA.
