Exactly right replacement for my Silverado 2006

Poor quality for an OEM part
I bought this emblem for my 2006 silverado. The emblem looked good up until last month when the gold started peeling off the inside center portion of the emblem. I have only had this emblem for 6 months and its already trashed worse than the original.
