It's not a magic bullet that brings "magic" transformation, but keep using INRC MAP and you'll see the fantastic results. The pills are rather big, taste awful, but they're incredible in recovery and long term really help muscle tissues.

I'm hypoglycemic and when I take these prior to eating something sweet or that has more carbs than protein I stay even keel. My muscles really like them also, when I don't take them for a few days I feel weaker in my legs and back.

I do like these, but I've been enjoying the perfect amino by body health better. I noticed these only have 8 essential amino acids, when I always thought there were 9 essential amino acids. I believe this formula is incomplete. .You can't beat the price though! I do think they make a difference.

I use the produce for running races both before and after. Good recovery from both High intensity interval trainings (HIIT) and and High Intensity Strength Training H(IST). Heart rate stays lower during the run then when I do not use it and recovery following a race is easier. I believe that Dr. Schallenberger recommended MAP in one of his news letters for adding muscle mass but I have no seen in noticeable change in muscle while using the product. The price on Amazon is must more affordable then from other sources. I have used this product for two years and plan to continue to use the product.

Bottles arrived damaged and apparently melted, with contents exposed; and rendering contents unsafe for consumption. Had to toss all 3 bottles!
