Sterno Home Candle Impressions 6-Inch Smooth Flameless Candle, Unscented, White

I haven't had a chance to use the candles yet however upon receiving them I was not pleased that one of the candles was cracked in many places needing a replacement. In the companies defense this was all underneath the label and couldn't be seen until the label was removed, but I still was disappointed. The other problem was the protective plastic sleeve which is around the candle is difficult to remove. In order not to damage the candle I didn't want to use scissors or a cutting blade. The seam where the sleeve comes together is so tightly glued I could not pull it apart so I pushed the sleeve up off the candle as much as I could so I could cut a starting tear point. The sleeve was really tight so this took quite a lot of effort to slide up. I cut a little slit in the plastic and gently tore it around until it came off. This wasn't easy to do. There should be perforations to make it tear off easily. I purchased 3 candles. While one was highly cracked the other two had slight dents on the top rim. I was disappointed that there were dents, but I decided I could probably live with those. They were packed inside a shipping box with plastic filled with air, but perhaps each candles should have been bubble wrapped as well to prevent the dents? Or maybe they were dented to begin with. The dents looked like they had been bumped against something. Maybe even each other. I was disappointed and I worry these candles might be too fragile if they can't make it in shipping without damage. On a good note though, they did work and I like the way the light flickers like a real candle and the wick looks realistic.

The wax coating cracked and fell off the candle as soon as I opened the package. Not well made. Beware
