My sinuses have given me trouble for about years. This product is almost exactly what I have hoped and prayed for. I love that it is reuseable. And I love that it opens my sinuses and is very comfortable, so I can breathe better. It's easy to wear and really improve airflow through the nose. I could see how it could help with snoring for some people. I am the one of them. I also plan to use this when I have a cold or perhaps when running.

Bought for teeth grinding application, but on moulding to fit, completely blocks any possibility of mouth breathing (fits upper and lower teeth simultaneously with no hole for air flow) and is far too uncomfortable to use. May work for snorers but we had to reject this as just one of those bad online purchases (and a q expensive one too).

I was under the impression I was buying a mouth guard as pictured in the other reviews, and would only be for the upper row of teeth, but this is for up and down, which is horrible when you sleep as you can choke and spit it out during the night. Not recommended for grinding teeth.

It’s large,bulky and somehow still does not manage to align itself to my teeth correctly. Under the impression that this was a mole to be sent off but nope it’s just a clear plastic guard. For the price hell naw. Also the previous reviews are fake all uploaded on the same day.

Very sticky but good

Very difficult to work with, and by the time i did, i messed the whole thing up. Wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely rubbish. These are boil and bite mouth guards contrary to what some other reviews say. Did not align in mouth. Would not recommend.
