REVIEWER UPDATE: Aug. 10, 2019I have raised my Review to 4-☆'s, because I really like these "Dudios - Zeus Ace TWS Earbuds. And I believe that they're "Above Average", compared to similar Earbuds within their Price range.The only issue I've had with these earbuds was lack of Customer Service Support, after Multiple Attempts to contact the Company.I damaged the "R"-Earbud when I accidentally dropped it on a Concrete Driveway, from the top of a 20 ft Ladder. Totally my fault!I was able to fix it myself, well, for the most part.I did get it working again in MONO MODE, but it WOULD NOT RE-PAIR with the "L"-Earbud.I tried (many, many, many times), all the different steps provided in the User's Guide, but nothing worked. They just wouldn't enter into Pairing Mode again.After all my Failed Attempts to contact Customer Service, a Digital Electronics Developer friend of mine offered to see if he could get them Paired again.He was able to Reprogram both Earbuds and get them back in Factory Set, Pairing Mode. (*This was achieved with a Software Program that he developed, not a fix offered in the User's Guide.) Thank Goodness for "Smart Friends"!!! LOLBelow is a list of my "Pros & Cons" for the Dudios Zeus Ace TWS Earbuds.PROS:☆ Amazing Hi-Fi Stereo Surrsound, while using both buds. (*Can also be used in "Momo-Mode", using 1-Bud at a time.☆ Touch Control Function. Both Left and Right Bud can be used.☆ Easy Auto Pairing. Take out of charging case to automatically enter into Pairing Mode.☆ Auto Shut-Off. Place Buds back into Charging Case.☆ 4-Hour+ Play Time, up to 33-Ft.☆ 800 mah, Fast Charging Case with Lid, for Dirt/Dust Free Storage.☆ Lightweight, Secure and Comfortable. (*Comes with Extra, 3-Sets of S-M-L Ear Tips)☆ Bluetooth, 5.0 Chipset.☆ CVC Noise Cancelling. During Incoming/Outgoing Phone Calls.CONS:☆ Lack of Customer Service and Support. No response after numerous attempts made by Email and Phone Calls.☆ Limited/Poor Owner Instructions Manual. The Company's Website does not offer any additional Help or Information for Troubleshooting certain Problems that may occur.Although the Company's Customer Service and Website were a big disappointment for me in my situation, I would still Highly Recommend the "Dudios Zeus Ace TWS Earbuds".Not only are they extremely affordable, their Superior Sound Quality and Ease of Use Functions rival some of the Higher End, Expensive, Name Brands currently on the market.In all honesty, I simply couldn't leave these with my former 2-☆ Rating.I hope that my Updated, Positive Review will help you decide to purchase the Dudios Zeus Ace TWS Earbuds, while comparing Brands? I'm positive you will enjoy them as much as I do, especially since I'm able to use them both together again. Cheers!

You should watch his video, I agree with him. These sound great, truly, and I am an audiophile, if not, I own 8 sets of speakers that cost between $300-$1200 each from Klipsch, Elac, Infinity and Definitive Technology. After they break in, I don't need an equalizer for them anymore.What I love1. Sound Quality is as good as any earbud I have heard. Not quite as clean as my Sennheiser HD600 headphones but not that far off. The treble has a good sparkly extended quality to it. The bass is strong and clean - definitely notice it's deep thump with rap or any music with a good drum hit to it. Mid-range is clean, too, clear vocals and nice instrument sounds.2. They don't really sound like the music is coming from inside your head.3. The Microphones are outstanding! Microphone picks up very well. Never had any complaints or anyone tell me they cannot hear me - even with only one bud in! Each bud has a mic.4. You can use each bud independently or as a stereo pair.5. I have never had any connection issues. If you want to use the pair pull the right out first then the left or to use one pull out whichever one you want to use.6. I never had any trouble with the buds holding a charge. The case died on me though, sadly.7. I dropped them several times on concrete. One busted open and I superglued it back together but it still works.8. Only $31 and sound this good, it is a bargain! I wish the case had worked longer but anything - even Bose - could break. I don't usually like Bose but I heard their earbuds are good, I can't imagine they sound any better than these, though they probably are more comfortable and better able to seal in your ear. But a lot of Bose break, too.Problems:1. I bought these about a year ago (4/14/2019) and the charging case has quit on me. I like them so much that I already ordered another pair. If these die in 7 months I may move on to another brand. I never dropped the case that I remember. One day the 2 green lights wouldn't shut off, the next day the case is dead and will no longer charge.2. The seal in my ear was not the best. Even though I could get a seal, it was as simple as moving my mouth to lose it. So the fitment isn't as good as some higher dollar options.3. Every now and then my ear would get tired or sore from having them in. It didn't always happen but it did from time to time. Granted I wear these buds generally close to 5 hours a day at work.

Pero debes ajustarlos bien, para que no se caigan, lo que no sé es que el estuche sólo enciende una luz indicadora, no viene en el manual nada de información.

La duración de la batería es regular, pero el micrófono durante las llamadas necesitas alzar la voz, en actividades deportivas es confortable
