White Plastic Serving Tray, Rectangular 18" x 12"

I bought this tray as a cookie tray for my wife since our son accidentally put the one we had in the oven with cookies on it. He thought he would be protecting the cookies without having to cover them or put them in a sealed container. We came along the next evening and turned on the oven without looking and melted the tray and really messed up our oven. It took me a half day to clean up the oven. I couldn't find the cookie tray she had before. It was perfect because it would fit over an 11x13 pan when flipping a cake. This one is close but not quite wide enough. Overall, this tray does well for cookies but not for cakes.

I love these inexpensive trays, they're just as described. Like some say --- don't put a turkey on them. But they look good for a plastic tray compared to many other I've seen. That said, I ordered a 3-pack and one came with a chunk broken off of the corner. I wanted to put in for a replacement, because I do like them, but the only option was a return. Knocked one star off for the broken tray.

This tray has worked out great for me aside from it being slightly flimsy. That's to be expected I suppose and it has served it's purpose very well, but I had hoped it would be thicker plastic. Still a nice tray though!

I bought this to go beneath a horizontal planter, so that water would not run all over. It has not yet been used for that because I have been keeping it busy with other things. I had to sort through, what seemed to me to be, a massive about of garage sale jewelry. This tray kept small pieces (earrings, etc) from becoming separated and lost. Had I not purchased it for a particular reason, it would have been a great tray for my Christmas cookies, as it is much sturdier than anything available in the stores this season. Tomorrow I will get that planter off the floor and on this tray.

I've been using a couple of cheap plastic turkey platters for years to cart piles of burgers, etc. up from the big grill. They were looking shabby, so I found this substitute. Rectangular, it's a more stable and effective shape than the oval platters. Not for fine dining, but if you want to hold a dozen burgers or several pounds of brats, it's great. You're not adding a couple pounds to the load, like you would be with a similar porcelain platter.One thing I'm bad about, is using a knife on something like this. If you avoid scratching it with knives or turners, it will stay easy-to-clean much longer. I will no doubt ignore my own advice. For the price, replacing this every grilling season is no big deal if it gets gunked up.I bought just one to see how flimsy or brittle it is. It has a little flex to it, about 1 inch if you twist it. The stiffness and feel convey a pretty good tradeoff between brittle and flex. I think it would withstand a fall onto gravel or wood. But drop it loaded onto concrete and it just might crack. Of course, a porcelain platter would fare much worse.So I'm buying a second one and I'm all set to grill for a crowd.Edit 5/22/15: Another one cracked. I ordered 2 more, and one arrived cracked from bouncing around the box (shame on those Amazon packers). Bought 2 more and BOTH were broken (double shame). I give up on these. Does anyone make a more resilient one?Edit 8/24/25: Another one broke on the corner. If these were $2.00 I wouldn't mind them being so short-lived. They have no flex at all anymore and might as well be porcelain.

It arrived in perfect shape. This worked perfectly for one of the deli platters I made. Plenty strong, yet inexpensive enough that I didn't need to get it back. Dressed up like a professional deli platter, it looked great. If I had known how much I'd like it, I would have gotten several, but time was a factor and I also purchased a couple platters locally in case this arrived broken as some of the customers said theirs did. I'd buy it again.

Saved me space for my New's Ever Party for cold snacks!, However, I was an idiot mistaking it for another white dish I had which was the same size and heat proof. I accidently left this on my stove top and found the one of the corners were warped and slightly melted. This is not heat proof! Be careful.

This tray is sturdy and modern looking - no unneeded floral patterns or other glitter. The only drawback is that dinner sized dishes don't quite fit.
