10-yo daughter very disappointed.
My daughter purchased this watch with her Christmas gift certificate after a lot of shopping on Amazon. She wanted to use only the features that didn't require a SIM card or phone subscription. We helped her verify that the watch's setup application was compatible with iPhone, that it would work on our WiFi network and that the features she wanted would work without a SIM card. Knowing that a relatively cheap product like this would likely come with poor instructions, we hoped that it would be reasonably intuitive to set up and use for two tech-savvy parents (both of us work in IT fields).After working with the watch, researching on the Internet and reading the (terrible, terrible) instructions for almost 3 hours (THREE HOURS!) we were unable to even set the time. We DID get the following features to work without a SIM card: Music player, FM radio, stopwatch, camera (sort of), theme changer (only comes with one alternative theme and no instructions for downloading more) and flashlight (which seemed to turn on and off randomly as we worked with the other features). Of course the chat, phone directory, call history and dialer wouldn't work without a SIM card, as we expected. But, oddly, the pedometer and fitness tracker (pulse monitor?) also wouldn't work, nor would the photo viewer. And we couldn't set the time. Perhaps it relies on Internet connectivity to set itself?The Bluetooth features also wouldn't work, and we couldn't find any other way to connect to WiFi. The watch wouldn't pair or provide a pairing code for any of the devices we tried including a Windows laptop, a MacBook Air and an iPhone SE with iOS 11. It could "see" these other devices but not pair with them.Why we didn't contact the sellers for help? First, after reading the help they provided online in sometimes indecipherable English, we doubted it would be worth the time it would take. Second, a device like this shouldn't require handholding to set up. Had we thought we'd be in for a lengthy customer service session we would've advised our daughter to buy something else with her Christmas gift.Right now I'm trying to figure out why someone would spend 40+ USD on a children's device like this that's so difficult to use and set up. To add to these problems, the back of the watch fell off several times as we were handling it. I would expect that would be lost early in the watch's life with the average child.Advice to the sellers: You are clearly trying very hard to keep your customers satisfied and answer questions, and we admire that about you. But you're going to find it very hard to build a reputation unless you at least hire a technical writer to write good-quality, understandable marketing copy and instructions for your products.

Was Not the best purchase
This was the 2nd "smart watch" we tried. Thought we read that this device was water resistant, but it is definitely not. We Never actually got to use it for anything other than a watch. We purchased it to keep up with our 10yt old son at amusement park should he accidentally get separated from us. Had no trouble syncing app to the watch and was able to activate speed talk service, but was never able to use it other than sending a couple of "test" messages, which did work. Every time we would try to geo locate the watch from our other cell phones we could never get a lock on it. Also the pedometer never worked and battery did not stay charged long enough to get thru the day, and that was with us using it only as a straight up watch nothing else. And as described, the watch is in military time 24hr clock, which confused my son some but he's good with math and figured it out Fairly quickly.Then 2 days into our vacation we took it in a swimming pool thinking it was water safe and ruined the whole device so total loss on our part.

Very disappointed
The directions are awful! No clue what App I need to get the watch to work. The app that I downloaded, doesnt connect to the watch. And I cant find any information on how to troubleshoot it.

Product inadequate
I dislike this product and will give it no stars. It was impossible to set up and activate and I purchased the aim card which I had to activate before the watch and never got the watch working but I paid for 6 months phone service on the sim. Waste of money cheaply made and I highly doubt that it’s water proof.

Didn't work for our needs.
Had to send it back. Couldn't use it with our mobile account, so grandson couldn't use it.

App for this watch doesnt work
the app that you're supposed to download to work the app needed to use this watch doesnt work. It constantly says device offline even after I followed all the steps in the instructions. Spent an hour trying to set it up and gave up afterwards. I emailed the company still waiting to hear back.

waste of purchase
i bought this watch for my kid in hope it has some working feature at least. but after having it for couple of days its of no use. the usage of the devise so horrible. And the sim activation and using is nightmare it seems. I felt bad for buying this product.

The watch looks nice but setting it up is a pain
We never got past the set up part. It was to difficult to get my sons phone and watch to pair, there is no customer service for the app which makes it even more difficult if your struggling.
