Good, but not Great. *Spoiler Free*
Jay keeps the story of Woodbury and Lilly Caul on life support in this installment of the series. Don't get me wrong, the series is good, and Bonansinga is a good writer, but it almost seems as if Jay is losing interest in writing the series. Characters that could have been really deep and great enemies or allies end up dead. He spends a chapter making the characters known to us, their motivations, their likes and dislikes, to the point that they feel important. The next page they are dead. Fight scenes have always been pretty good, but there is almost too much of an emphasis on gore now.I love this because it is The Walking Dead, but I feel as if this particular series has worn out its welcome.

Thumbs up once again!
Lily is one determined lady, by the way the book ended there will be another out down the road. Makes we wonder if Lily had survived in the tv series at woodbury, how strong would her role have been with the group. Great story looking forward to the next book in this series.

Good Addition to the Series
Enjoyed this installment very much. Can't wait for the next one. Jay Bonansinga continues to produce great stories in this genre.

Walking Dead (books) not the comics
OK, I don't think I could ever read a Walking Dead Book. The books are the long written books, not the comics version. But my nephew who's spending a little time in jail has now read all the Walking Dead Books. He loves them and cannot wait to receive the next. So, fantasy, if you like this subject, then these books are an interesting read.

I will be honest.....I had a hard time finishing the book. The story really doesn't pick up, in my opinion, til 2\3 of the way through.

Definitely a great extension of the story and I can't wait for more!! I just can't get enough of the walking dead world! I love how the different medias have different storylines that run so close together but yetbthey are so different!! Greatly recommended!!

Boring, predictable and too much of a cop out!!
Having read all of the books in the series at lightening pace I was underwhelmed by the last book but thought I would give this a shot. This wasn't the page turner I was hoping for with predictable plot lines which see Lilly come out on top all the time (when I should have been biting my nails as the heroine stared death in the face, quite often I just thought "she will get out of this impossible to escape situation yet again. Can I have my money back please?!:-/

Very disappointed with delivery of product
Very disappointed at the quality of the product delivered. I ordered two books from the series as a gift and both were wedged into a very tight delivery box. This has resulted in one of the books to become creased and worn, the package was also delivered opened. If this is what prime delivery looks like I will be rethinking carrying on with this subscription service in the future.

Search and Destroy The Walking Dead paperback
Another great novel in the walking dead series, though not quite as good as the early ones. The great thing with these as again they are totally different to the comics and series with only slight cross references i.e. basing it around Woodbury and the Govenor.

Another great storyline
It's good to hear more of Lilly. Her character was killed off too quickly in the TV series. She still has a lot more to give and the way she develops in this book shows that and leaves it open for a sequel.

I have really enjoyed this series of books for a nice easy read ...
I have really enjoyed this series of books for a nice easy read but I must say that this was my least favourite of the series. It seems rushed and no real thought has been put into developing the plot or characters.
