The product is BEAUTIFUL and so detailed. I am giving this as a gift and I couldn’t believe the accuracy of how much the dogs looked like my mother in laws. The product met the sentimental expectations of being personal and meaningful. In our case we were able to note 6 of our dogs, 3 with angel wings. 5 of them were spot on. 1 was the right size but the color mix was different than expected. I attribute this to the complexity of the order process to enable so many options. The only thing they need to do is make the ordering instructions clearer and it would be exceptional.

During our talks I asked if more than four pets could be added and my request was accommodated easily. The product itself looks amazing and the print is on both sides. I was expecting only one side so was very pleased when I received it. The angel wings are such a beautiful touch for our kids that have already crossed the rainbow bridge.
