Little Dinos Don't Hit

This book is absolutely amazing! Not only does it clearly establish boundaries against hitting, but it also offers a fantastic guide on using hands in a positive manner. It emphasizes the importance of kindness while discouraging negative behavior in a truly gratifying and impactful way. The book's adorable and direct approach makes it an absolute essential read. My son is nearly two and often grapples with intense emotions, and I wholeheartedly believe that this book will greatly assist him in understanding and managing his feelings.

This is a great board book with a simple messages - don’t hit people, help them! I read it to my 2 year during a big hitting phase and he absorbed the message right away. Within a few weeks the hitting had just about disappeared and he loves to give out a big hug at the end of the book :)

This is simple instructional book of proper behavior to reinforce in toddlers. I bought the set for my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. The graphics are really cute, bright and simple, and she memorized the books after two reads and read them back to me. Very appealing for toddler girls or boys. These were purchased in preparation for the arrival of her sibling to manage typical toddler behaviors that she’s been displaying. She loves the books and because they are simple and fun her parents reinforce her less than positive behaviors with “Little Dino’s don’t push their grandma”- direct line from the book…effective!

Love these books! I have been reading them to my 3 year old and he really started to understand why we don’t hit and help them use their hands for positive behaviors like a high five or a hug! So cute! Easy reads

My toddler has been hitting lately, and he seems to like this book a lot. I do switch the characters up a bit, brother and grandma to dad and mom. Otherwise, it's a hit around here. LOL

Both kids LOVE reading this book - and to our surprise, each kid can read the book to us! The book teaches not to hit but to be a helper (and hug instead). It goes through not to hit your sister, brother, or grandma. I wish there were even more books in this series. Also, we can read this book 4-5 times in a row and not get bored. There’s great pictures and a lot to discuss within the pics too. Highly recommend this book, and it has reinforced not to hit too :)

Cute book!! My daughter enjoys reading it and references back to it if she hits.

I’m not impressed with it. The writing doesn’t really flow. I think it could have been more creative. However, it’s short and easy which is what I need for a 2 year-old. It’s just basic.
