I used this white gel coloring on my sponge cake design, and I am super impressed! I diluted it for the highlight on the strawberries and used full strength for the seeds and flowers. I really like the brightness of this white. Very nice.

Great for icing, turns icing bright white. I took off a star because its thinner than other gel colors and seems to require more color to get the desired result.

So upon finding this product, I was extremely happy because I was able to make my candid grapes and it came so quickly because Walmart was out of stock

I cannot recommend this product enough. Perfect for my buttercream frosting for a bright white color. Doesn’t have a taste either. My only regret is not buying the larger bottle, as I used this entire bottle for one large batch of frosting. Definitely buying again and in a larger size!

I bought this because I was making a white cake, but I stupidly used brown vanilla and even though I used the whole bottle of this stuff it did not brighten the light tan tinge to my frosting. I think if you used clear vanilla it might help. I will try it again, but don’t waste your time unless you buy the clear vanilla!
