The media could not be loaded. This dress was absolutely perfect for my mushroom fairy costume! I’m 5’6” and 225lbs and got the White Large-X-Large size, the length and fit was just right! I love the long flowy sleeves and layers. When you first open it It’s wrinkly and has a slight smell, but I washed it on warm setting and then dried it on low heat and it took most of the wrinkles out and didn’t shrink. I also steamed it and it held up with no fall out or stray strings. The material is thinner and slightly see-through at the top, but I wore a nude bra and it worked great. A colored or black bra would definitely be seen through though. Overall I’m very happy with it and would purchase again!

I love this dress! It fit my occasion perfectly. Shipping was super fast. I washed the dress immediately bc it had a strong odor, but laundering it did the trick! Iron it was a snap.

I love it! Its super cute! Im around 115lbs and 5’3 and this is how it looked on me. :-)-1 star for being a little see through/thin but thats my only complaint.It didnt keep me warm though in 50 degree weather but thats to be expected haha. It didnt smell out of the box, but it was incredibly wrinkly but that was easily solved with a wash and hanging it. It doesnt cling.

I have two of these chemises now, one in Ginger and the most recent in Purple. I really like the style and bought the second one particularly for a multi-layered look. The fit is quite good and although there are a few other listings of the exact same chemise, I bought from this brand because of their superior color selection. For a cotton-feel chemise that isn't completely plain, boring, and transparent, I think the price is fair. The dangling sleeves can easily be pinned up. There are really no negatives that I can think of!

While this was considered a Victorian dress once I saw the sleeves I KNEW I could add some special touches and use it for an elf/fairy costume for the renaissance fair. I felt like I fit in and had a cohesive costume. I loved the sleeves and the size fit me perfectly. It wasn’t too heavy either even though it was well layered. Great value for my money and can wear again in a completely different way for a masquerade ball party or as a wench - many future uses and options! Very comfortable with the elastic stretchy center. Not see through so no liner or slip required underneath

Love this dress. We use them in our dance performances. They are comfy, lightweight and look great on everyone. Great value for the money, Material is light and can be washed (cold water) Be careful not to dry them in a hot dryer or they may shrink a little. Hang dry.

As others are saying it is see through. I put a skirt on over it because I figured the extra layer wouldn’t be a bad idea anyway, so it wasn’t much of an issue for me. However, the dress I got was sewn poorly and each elastic ring fit differently. It feels like toilet paper almost but it’s not bothersome. Overall it worked to pair underneath a corset and skirt but I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

This dress surpassed my expectations! It’s beautiful! Well made and very figure flattering! My daughter needed it for a period musical she’s in - we loved it so much we ended up getting in 3 colors!
