Not as expected
I was expecting a fantastic product and was disappointed that it turned out to be pretty ordinary. I could have found the same thing in any department store without having to pay postage and handling charges. Plus, when I returned it the postage totaled more than half of the total price. This turned me off from buying anything else online and from this vendor in particular. I thinkit would be quite helpful to have the return policy spelled out before you place any orders.
