Friedland Double Curtain Rod #354-48" to 86"

Rods were as expected, however one of the rod ends were flattened and would not fit on the hook. I had to carefully reshape the ends to fit the hook with a needle nose pliers. Rather than go through the hastle of returning and getting a replacement and I just hope my curtains stay up. So far they are. Would take the chance and order again, hoping that was a glitch. Like all double curtain rods they are easy to install. They seem to be as sturdy as others I have used in the past. Sheerness is not applicable for a curtain rod as it is metal.

This was so much cheaper than getting another set we bought that didn't last a couple months. This set I could put some privacy sheers on back side and lighter curtains hung at side in front. I'm not sure that I would hang really heavy drapes, but I was surprised with small metal center support hook for bars that it held up my cotton pottery barn curtains. The white doesn't stand out with white trim and goes for a very simple statement. We had an issue with not having much room from window to cornering wall and this option worked great.

Having the double curtain rod saved a bunch of time on the install. I still look at the beauty of what I did and slap myself on the back. Nice product.
