Niederegger Marzipan Variations - 100 g / 3.5 oz

Wonderful and totally delicious.

The Marzipan Variations were scrumptious. I purchased the small box of 8 pieces: pineapple, orange, espresso, and pistachio. First of all, even though it was a small order, it was wrapped as though I had placed a huge order, complete with an ice-packet and several layers of paper to keep it fresh, plus several chocolates thrown into the package as an extra gift. The box itself is so beautifully designed, 8 pieces lined in a row commanding attention with their brightness. It was so delicious and fresh, every morsel, that I couldn't help myself and ate the entire package in less than a half hour, and wished I had ordered more. It tasted as though it had just been made. There was something about it that strongly reminded me of when I was a child living abroad in Morocco and Germany (as a military dependent) and the incredible unusual things my mother found for our Easter baskets. I will be ordering more in the future, not only for myself, but as gifts at Christmas time. It's a perfect Christmas present and gift all year round.

Gave this as a Christmas gift, and the recipient was thrilled! Always a great gift for anyone who likes Marzipan; this is the real deal, and a great find!

These were pretty lackluster. I love Marzipan with chocolate coating and really looked forward to trying these. They were very dry - not just the marzipan but the chocolate coating itself seemed dry or old? Would stick with other brands and larger versions - these were tiny size serves and not worth the price.

Doesnt taste like the chocolate. Tastes old and dry

This made for an excellent gift for my husband, who is German. We thought they were delicious and he is picky about his German products, especially Marzipan. I may order these again soon!

I've purchased this 2 years in a row as a gift for someone who is hard to buy for - they love it!

it was so disappointing the size was not even a bite-size. looks so much bigger on the picture. will not order it again
