Easy to install
Very basic, works with older track too. Looks ok with the right bulbs

Versatile, but may have an esthetic issue
These fixtures are quite versatile, and can hold almost any bulb with the correct base size. One point to keep in mind is that the bulb is exposed to view, and some of the new LED bulbs have sides of white, which shows up rather strongly against the black fixture.
