Amazing!
Let me tell you, I HIGHLY recommend this heater. Omg. It's amazing. I'm typing this now, laying on the settee in my log cabin. The heat from the radiator is filling the entire room. Doesn't take long at all to heat up. I literally plug this into an extension cable, and leave it in the main room to warm the room up and it dries my laundry on the airer. Then, when I'm ready to retreat to my bedroom, I wheel it through and it warms the room so fast as it's already heated up anyway!!Honestly, it's an absolute life-saver. I've no central heating or gas in my log cabin. There is one dry intertia radiator in the main room and a second in my bedroom. However, they takes a while to warm and compared to this heater, I have been using this heater. Also, the inertia doesn't seem to keep the room heated once switched off. This heater does.I would definitely buy again. Thank you so much.

Just the job for our unheated garden room. Works well and easy to set up.

Simple, but effective
A little basic for the price, I previously bought a Keplin 2500W oil heater, which looks great, very modern, digital interface with remote control, but just didn't generate any real heat. The PureMate is a little more basic, 3 heat settings, a manual timer, and generic unmarked thermostat, but heats the room up on the the 2nd of 3 power options, when it's only 4oC outside. Very effective so far.

Very happy with this radiator.
We bought one radiator for a cold spot in our house and we’re really impressed with it - the amount of heat and efficiency. Then this week our central heating went out. My husband is 80 and I’m 77 so we have to be a bit careful therefore we decided to buy a second radiator and we’re more than happy. They are so easy to move around on their castors making it possible to get heat exactly where we need it. There’s also the ability to use a timer but I can’t report on that yet.

A great heater at a great price!
Bought this to supplement my central heating and I have to say it was such a great purchase!!! Controls are easy to understand and it heats up so very quickly. I use it mainly in my study area and it beats having the central heating on hands down. The added bonus is that I can move it to any area in house!! The design is such that it just doesn’t look out of place in the lounge, bedroom , hallway or kitchen. In summary it does the job extremely well looks good and all at a great price

Obviously it's going to struggle with a large room but..
Easy to pop the feet on when it arrived and easy controls. We needed it as a temporary emergency heat source. Our lounge / diner is about 20ftx16ft , it took the chill off the air and the room temperature went up by a good 4 degrees. Pretty impressive for a little radiatorPretty happy all in all . On a further note ...we've noticed it's pretty good on the slightly chilly nights and no need for the central heating on at all .

Don't buy this product via Amazon
If you’re thinking of buying this product, or any other oil filled heater, don’t buy it via Amazon, as they’re unable to support you if there is a problem with the product.I’ve recently purchased two of these oil filled heaters, both of which were fulfilled by Amazon. One has arrived fine and I’m quite happy with it, but upon opening the other box and removing the second heater I find this one is damaged and there is now oil all over my clothes and carpet.I’ve immediately contacted Amazon to arrange a return and refund and their instructions are to re box the damaged product and take it to a Hermes collection point to return it from there as they’re unable to collect from my home. There is no concern about the damage to my property or inconvenience. It’s taken three tortuous calls to Amazon customer service and finally they’ve agreed to refund the initial purchase costs (thanks for nothing as thats my legal right as a consumer) and offered me £5 compensation as good will, this was later reluctantly raised to £50 after speaking to a third Amazon customer service supervisor. So I’m unable to return it via a courier as their terms of carriage quite rightly refuse to accept consignments that contain leaking products, but not to worry as according to Amazon the ‘good news’ is that they’re happy for me to dispose of the defective product myself by simply throwing it away.Well how does that work Amazon? This is an electrical item that also contains oil, the manual clearly states that “At the end of the product life cycle, you should not throw this machine into the normal household garbage but bring the product to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment” All retailers, including online retailers such as Amazon, are legally responsible for the correct handling and disposal of ‘E-Waste’ - It’s not my problem to deal with Amazon, it’s yours. So in balance, I’m left with:A refund of the purchase price for the defective product I was sold - thats my legal right.A £50 goodwill credit - that can only be used at Amazon.Clothes and carpet that are covered in oil and will require cleaning. And I’m STILL in possession of a defective, oil leaking product, that I can’t return via courier and I now have the burden and inconvenience of trying to dispose of in a legal and ethical way rather than the ‘throw it in the household trash’ as multiple Amazon customer service representative have urged me to do.If you need to buy a product such as an oil filled heater, don’t buy it from an online retailer who’s unable to support you in the unfortunate scenario where the product is defective.
