I knew ordering the sofa that it would take awhile. But after schedualing a date for the delivery I recieve a phone call that morning saying that they couldnt find the sofa that it was a big warehouse and they will call me back. They never called back. I had to keep calling and calling trying to figure out when they were coming and no one could give me an answer. I purchase the same sofa from a furniture place and its bonder leather not the greatest. There not comfortable but we have them in an area that we dont sit alot in so im not sure how they last. It looks pretty and hopefully once I recieve the other one I ordered it will look good.

Love this sofa! The quality, color and design are beyond expectations. The seller couldn't have been better-always kept me informed on order status and details and answered my questions promptly. The delivery company was also excellent and very considerate as to setting up delivery and very careful with my sofa. It was exactly what I wanted and I'm delighted!!!

I currently have this sofa:( After 3 years of looking pretty good it suddenly started to peel. It has shed huge patches of its "bonded leather" which is probably some sort of lead filled plastic. I hate having my children sit on this thing and can not wait to buy a new couch! I would not recommend this to anyone. If I could have rated it 0 stars I would have. My family jokes that they have been attacked by the couch whenever someone gets off the couch and has pieces of it stuck to them...

I'm sorry to read that other people's couches peeled. The photo I'm appending is from this week (yeah, before I vacuumed, too, blame the cat), 4½ years after I bought it. It's comfy, durable, and sure is big, surprisingly easy to clean.

Like others have posted, my sofa is now peeling and blistering. Luckily most of it is happening only on the sofa cushions, which can be replaced. It worries me, however, how much of it will peel in the future. We are two adults with no children and a dog who does not get on the furniture. It has worn after only 5 years. It is disappointing to think we will soon need to buy a new couch. We also have the chair and ottoman and both have stayed in perfect conditions (thankfully). I'll never purchase bonded leather again, nor from the company. Clearly a 1 year material warranty is in place for a reason...they know it will not last.

Have only had this couch for 5 years. Incredibly disappointed that the pleather covering for the entire couch--the cushions, the back of it, etc has RAPIDLY deteriorated. As in, the pleather covering shredded off!!!!! Just called to see about ordering seat cover replacements, and they are $35 per cover plus a $15 shipping fee PER cover! That is insane that I need to spend almost $150 after only 4 years (the shredding started in the 4th year). We do not have a cat, plus our dog is not allowed on furniture, so this is typical wear and tear use of a family. Do not recommend, I'm very disappointed.

I have the same problem but sofa had been in storage so only used for 2 years. I would love to know where to purchase replacement cushions.Thanks!
