Red KapMen's Slash Pocket Jacket

These coats are solid and warm, perfect if you turn wrenches or do alot of maintenance. The only drawback is that they are oversized which is strange nowadays as most companies cut corners but not Red Kap. I use the 2X even though I'm a big guy. The 3X is huge. So if you're around 6 foot and 200+ lbs the 2X should work fine.

Love the look! Seems to be good quality. Nice brass YKK zipper. I’m 5-7 165lbs, and a medium fit perfectly. Mine needed a good ironing as it had some serious wrinkles- make sure to start with low heat and increase as needed- the synthetic material will “burn” fairly easily if the iron is too hot, in the form of a shiny imprint. This jacket is pretty warm- good for near freezing up to 60s.

This quality of this coat is great for the money. I am a short stocky big guy (3xl) and certain coats do not fit. I sadly returned mine for the following reasons. 1. Shoulders were to wide for my build. Also the cuffs were to small around my wrists. Fit well around my gut however. Also my buddy has the same one and it fits his build perfectly. So bottom line try it, great value for the money, just be aware it may not fit everyone.

This is the best lightweight jacket you can buy. The best at being light but keeping your warm. Most automotive shops have this jacket with their logo/badge on it and their uniform color. This jacket could use an inside pocket or two, but that's not a legitimate reason to complain. This jacket is good for work and for casual wear. It resists dust and oil better than any other jacket I have tried. It also looks great when washed and washes easily in the washer. It is a polyester blend, so it does not shrink. Like all clothes, I wash before wearing, and I recommend you do for this because it will soften the cotton portion of the material. It also will remove any chemical smells to make the jacket obviously smell better. I could sleep in this jacket it is that comfortable. I cannot recommend this jacket enough. If it had inside pockets, then this would be the perfect jacket. I would even wear it in the summer for my EDC if it had inside pockets.

For the price point it delivers more value than may first appear. The shoulders fit my shoulders quite well though the body is loose around the middle. I'd say if you have long arms you should order a size larger than you would wear normally. All in all a satisfactory jacket.

I get it: it's an inexpensive jacket and my expectations should be lower as a result. "Red Kap" is supposedly some storied brand and initially everything was fine: it fit well and seemed substantial but upon closer investigation the stitching was haphazard at best, especially with the inner lining and zipper. In several places it missed the seam entirely and large wads of thread were left bunched up that I am afraid to remove in case they release the seam as a result. Caveat emptor.

Best jacket i have had in a long time. Fits better than any other and i have been trying a lot.Looks good with casual and office attire.

Great jacket for use in the spring or autumn not warm enough to use in very cold weather as the lining is not thick also not water proof. Fits well doesn’t fade in sunlight and good value for money.

Husband had this jacket and it is great for him in the winter since he is a truck driver and has to get in and out of a truck. It is not bulky.

Pedí una en color café, ni siquiera es de la tonalidad que muestran en las fotos no se acerca ni un poco. Sus bordados bien mal hechos y la anchura de los brazos es demasiada.En fin un artículo de mala calidad.
