My son managed to split his new waterproof jacket behind the shoulder. I wasn’t very pleased with him and didn’t really want to buy another jacket.Found this tape. I went in through the lining, applied the tape both along and across the splits (roughly 3inches and 6 inches). He has since used it in heavy rain with his scouts and used it for his DofE expedition. The tape has held up well and you can’t really see the split from the outside.

The tape is pretty thick and doesn't stick too well, tends to just peel back off. I have found rubbing along the tape with my fingers to heat it up once it is on, helps to stick it better. It does seem to keep water out of my jacket though.

Very sticky but easy to use. Had to allow time for stickiness to subside but can now use bag. Given it a new lease of life.

Didn't stick on tent fabric, just peeled back and came unstuck, especially after a little rain. Waste of time and money.

Bought to repair holes waterproof trousers. I also bought a similar product at the same time which was large adhesive patches that you can cut to size and I'd recommend that instead for repairing anything with holes in it. However I used this to fix the lining in a waterproof coat and it did the job perfectly. Handy to have both products in a repair kit.

Really easy to use, I used this product to fix quickly down the inside seams of some waterproof trousers. The colour matching was fine. I think the edges will curl up quite easily with any friction/rubbing so maybe I’ll try applying some gentle heat with a hairdryer and then cool/set under pressure like a stack of books or similar. Perfectly good quality product.

This tape is fantastic. I bought it to re seal the seams in a pair of waterproof trousers. The original had come off. It was very easy to apply and looks the top. Obviously its early days but as of now I can recommend it unreservedly.

J'ai utiliser ce produit pour faire l'étanchéité sur une fermeture éclaire étanche pour une veste de sport.Bon produit, mais lorsque j'ai ouvert le paquet, ma surprise fût désagréable, j'avais commandé du noir et j'ai reçu du kaki et je n'avais plus les papiers pour faire l'échange, mon client m'a accordé la possibilité de mettre cette couleur, mais ce n'est pas cool, le produit reste cher pour la quantité. Par contre reçu rapidement.
