Choco-Pan Modelling Chocolate - Red - 2 lb

If you live in a warm climate it will be softer than if you live in a cooler less humid place. I usually order directly from Sweet Art.

The taste was good but it was disgusting to unpack. The bag was coated in shortening. Like other reviewers warned, it was much too soft and sticky to be worked easily. Think of working with caramel squares and you will be close. I ended up having to work on a small ice pack and apply liberal dustings of corn starch to create the roses petals I wanted. It also had to be kept very cold before serving or it just tore away.

Omg screw this garbage. Came mottled white and red and took forever to work by hand to a uniform color-which ended up being a dark pink instead of red, couldn't maintain consistency, total mess by modeling chocolate standards. It tasted fine I guess but ruined everything it touched including the mould I used. Never again.
