Great design and quality of materials used. The bench is very comfortable and stable. I was impressed how comfortable the seat is and backrest. The plastic used is the right thickness and texture, to make it really useful and not slippery. The side handrail is also more useful than i ever expected. This is definitely a hospital grade product. Mold or mildew on the plastic or metal legs has not been an issue at all. Or needing to clean it. It is really a blessing to have. It was Designed for Safety in mind, and it being so sturdy and the high end materials used is evident.

Works as expected, but a little large for my bathroom. Easily adjustable legs make it simple to work over the age of the tub and keep level with the floor. Very stable.

I bought this after an ACL+meniscus injury and to use after surgery. It makes me feel so much safer when showering. It’s so easy to sit on and then swing my legs over. The suction cups are strong so I’m not sliding around the tub. It has made my life easier!

Required for partner to get in the tub/shower after bilateral knee replacement. We have an old 40’s style porcelain tub. It worked fine. It’s adjustable and the non skid leg bottoms held in place even with my spouses weight and inability to sit slowly.

Safety is such an issue for my dad. My tub is smaller but it still fits well and is sturdy. It is shower friendly and I found the perfect video online showing a way to cut a shower curtain for use of a shower chair so no water ends up on the floor. Assembly is very easy. The best thing about this is that you sit on it from outside of the tub and can just swivel in while sitting. No need to step into or out of a tub. Definitely recommend!

This is a very secure way to help someone get in and out of a shower (in a tub) without risk of slips and falls. The handle is reversible, and the suction feet grip securely. Sturdy supports under the seat. Ships flat but no tools are needed for construction. Adjustable legs for correct height, works with odd size tubs (ours is almost 100 years old) To use it there are two legs inside tub (the side with handle) and two are oitside. Person then sits on the bench that is extending outside the tub and can then lift their feet-legs into the tub from a seated position and then slide over. A tip from a PSW is to put a small hand towel on the seat as it is easier to slide across the bench. Can then use the shower or sponge bath much more safely. Water does get in the legs a bit so if you plan to have this in and remove when shower is done have a spare towel handy to catch the drips.

This tub transfer bench has been essential as I’ve recovered from knee surgery. It has enabled me to bathe (using a handheld shower wand) which is very much preferable to having to take sponge baths. I’m 200 lbs and it feels completely sturdy and rigid yet it’s light enough for my wife to move in and out of the tub. Highly recommended.
