Lovely book, lots of a delicious dressings

The recipes I have tried were light and tasty. I have not yet had a chance to try all of them but look forward to the opportunity. The recipes are easy to make and such a lovely change from the heavy textures found in purchased dressings. I will be making the mayonnaise in the next day or so and hope it is as good as the vinaigrettes.
