SPACECARE Retractable Workbench Casters Kit, 600 lbs Capacity 4 Pack

These casters are awesome! I bought a wooden Yukon work table from Harbor Freight, which is really heavy and beefy. My garage is also my workshop, so I need to be able to move the work table around and slide it back under some shelving for storage. These casters provide the right solution to allow me to do that. They're easy to mount, but I would not use the included screws. I used #9 1 1/2" construction screws with a T25 screw bit for easier and more solid installation.

These worked perfectly! Raised my band saw by 3/4” making it easy to move

These work as described when installed. Installed on my work bench making it mobile. Fairly easy to install. Easy to engage and disengage. Easy to roll workbench when engaged. Screws stripped easily so the quality of those was questionable.

These are a great value for your money and are very sturdy. They made my workbench very moble and versatile. I recommend this caster kit for every shop owner.

Very easy install and work flawlessly! Will buy again!

Excellent hardware that works like a charm I made a small cabinet in the garage and these allow me to easily and quickly move it around. These work great!

Really nice quality drop down casters. Came with a template for installation. If you put the template at the bottom of the leg against the floor, your item will be raised about half an inch (maybe less) off the floor when raised. Sets down hard when lowered to be ready for that. Does add about a foot (total estimate here…I didn’t measure) in width to what you put these on because of how far out they stick on the sides. Rolls very smooth and swivels nicely.

I installed these on my new Weber XL 600 pellet grill as they only make a two wheel version, requiring the end to be lifted when moving. It wasn’t hard to mount on the legs, I used 5 screws in each mount. The kit comes with four wheels but I only needed two, hence the three star rating. If they came in a two pack I’d rate it higher. It isn’t easy to roll these on a 5/8- packed gravel pad unfortunately. It would be easier on concrete. It does raise the end approximately 3/4” so barely enough on the gravel pad. Again, on concrete this wouldn’t be an issue.

Super 👍
