Anna replies super promptly. I asked for a customized design and she got back to me within a few hours with the design. I went back and forth with her many times revising my design and she was super patient and revises it to my exact liking and always responds super promptly. It took me a day to figure out my wedding website url to put on the RSVP card and she was patient and waited until I figured it out. Other than that, we were able to finalize my design in three days (including the day I took to figure out my url) from my first email to the final one. (I asked for a lot of revisions during the three days) I was able to get customized RSVP cards with her too. You can also add and order more cards also. The order came with the elegant laser cut invitation pockets, the watercolor printed inner sheets, ivory envelopes and invitation seal. My guests raved about how fancy my invitation looks. I got the cards a couple days before the ETA. At first, the package was missing ten cards and I contacted Anna. She checked and got back to me promptly again and had them printed and mailed to me right away. The bottom line of my RSVP cards is a little crooked but it probably isn't a design issue. It might just be a printing issue. It's noticeable if you pay detailed attention but it's a minor detail. Other than that, everything else was perfect and her customer service was just amazing. She's super sweet, considerate and accommodating. (Note: I blurred out part of my image that shows my wedding detail.)

Our wedding invitations just arrived and they are absolutely beautiful! Once you customize your invitations and pay for them, Anna reaches out to you with design options. She is easy to work with and very friendly! There are 'invitation' stickers included, these go on the back of your white envelopes (also included). FedEx sent email notices, so I could track the order. The package goes thru customs and it arrived earlier than expected.

My fiancé and I received these beautiful invitations, and we would not be happier with the way they came out! We've gotten so many compliments from our guests. I wanted a very whimsical and fairy tale like invites and these matched my vision so well.
