Worked great for me to sieve 10mm pebbles from the rubbish

Does the job
Lightweight in itself, wire is a little bendy, but it does what it's supposed to, used it for sieving bagged compost to make finer for seeding, took out the larger pieces and gave me lovely fine compost, though I would suggest treating the wood before use.

Does just enough
Like most reviews have said, it's as flimsy as anything. It does the job...but for how long? I intend to add a coat of linseed oil to the balsa wood frame, I'll staple it together if(WHEN) it falls apart also. It's a suitable size for sieving compost into module trays, does a great job. I'm praying the mesh is at least slightly galvanized, if it is I'd say I'll get 10 years out of it by repairing and maintaining it. Could easily rot out and be in the bin by this time next year though. Happy for now.

I like the shape
I have a bin that is only for used car litter. This is close to the size of the top of the bin. I don't like that it's wood because I like to wash it often, but it's not a problem

What a waste of wood & mesh
Used it for the first time, couldn't believe it fell to bits in my hands. Can't see a reason why they make it, maybe they should have used glue instead of staples into end grain of plywood.

Not quite balsa wood, but close
Extremely lightweight ply, with very weak stapling. Be prepared to dismantle it & rebuild with decent pins & glue on top - a few minutes work. I used this to flake home-grown tobacco into suitable size for tube stuffing - just the right size & solid after a rebuild.

Erfüllt seinen Zweck
Das Sieb pass genau auf meine eckigen Komposteimer für den Balkon. Durch die untere Schräge gleitet das Sieb in die Eimer, so dass sich so gut wie kein Schmutz außen rum verteilt. Mit der Maschenweite, 6 mm bin ich vollkommen zufrieden, die Erde wird fein gesiebt und hält größere Stücke und Steinchen zurück.
