Fun read
Love this series. This book is great for younger readers. The balance of information is perfect and it sets readers up for branching out into other topics.

More Accurate History of Feminism than some books written for Adults
One thing I've noted that has been repeated in discussions on feminism is that there have been "waves of feminism" One book, written for adults, noted that the "first wave" was in the 1960's, which ignores the entire "women's sufferage wave" that established the right of women to vote. I very much appreciated this book for giving a more historical perspective that included sufferage and the writing of the ERA. Thank you to Amazon and to the publisher for making this available on Kindle. As we move into the Centennial of Sufferage, I feel books about Women who contributed so much will be of increasing interest to more women.

Facts at your fingertips
Another good "Who Is" book. Packed with information and facts that are easy to follow and learn from. Geared toward a younger child, but my 9th grader found the information she was looking for in a way she could follow and understand. Highly recommend this book and th is series.

A Favorite
I bought this for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. In fact, I bought several of these "who is/was" books, and this one- along with Anne Frank- was one of her favorites.
