This kit made winterizing our travel trailer a breeze! Super easy to install and comes with everything you need. Had our camp winterized in half the time with this installed. Best part you can leave it installed permanently and just switch valve when ready to get back to camping.

The old valves were corroded, one was stuck and the other one leaked through the handle seal when it was turned. The new ones fit and worked perfectly. They seem to be of better quality than the original ones. The hose was the correct length.

This is a very handy little kit, and fairly simple to install, depending on how much room there is around your RV water pump once you find it. It shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes to install IF it works when you try to use it! Unfortunately for me, after I installed it I couldn't get it to work. It simply would not suck the anti-freeze out of the jug! Troubleshooting took me an hour as I uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times trying to figure out just what was wrong with it! It was very frustrating! I finally discovered that the one and only piece of the kit that was assembled by the manufacturer was missing an "O" ring! Once I removed the O-ring from the brass cap that came on the brass valve and moved it into the plastic siphon tube screw-on cap that replaces it, then the pump was no longer sucking air and it siphoned the antifreeze out of the jug just fine! After that, it was a less than a 10-minute job to winterize my camper! In future years this kit will make the winterizing job a very quick and simple job. If your camper did not come with a siphon tube and bypass valve already installed then I highly recommend this kit. It is not really needed, but Camco's website has a nice video showing you how to install this if you aren't completely sure.

I've installed these on a couple of my own RV's and recently installed one on my daughter's. Works great and allows you to draw RV antifreeze right out of the jug (and ahead of the water pump) so you don't have to pour gallons and gallons of antifreeze into the water tank to get enough volume to be drawn into the pump. My newest RV came standard with one of these, but this kit is great for RV's which don't have the winterization by-pass feature.

It was very easy to install and it made winterizing my camper so quick and easy. I had to relocate my fresh water pump to make it easy to hook up. After installing it I had antifreeze in every faucet in less than five minutes. Next year all I have to do is close the valve put the hose into the antifreeze jug and go to pumping. I wish I could have had one twenty years ago. I am telling all of my camping friends how easy it is.

Well made unit and a very easy install. Well, the unit is easy to install. As with everything in an camper trailer it's a pain to get to what you need and making it fit takes some thought. Do not overtighten the connections.

Makes winterizing rv easier just be careful brass fitting on plastic pump fitting is very easy to cross thread and create air leak
