DON JOSE ACOUSTIC INSTRUMENTS. If they are all made in China like a PR Cuatro I just purchased stay away from them they are junk. My cuatro worked fine for 4 weeks and then suddenly the bridge broke loose and came appart as you may see from the pictures, I included in my review. It appears that the bridge was not properly installed and the wood under it not of good quality and not strong enough.to support the bridge. I had many similar instruments in the past 40 years and this never happened to me before. To make matters worse I called the store I purchased the item from and was told there was no warranty on these instruments and that the store policy for returns was 14 days. Two local repair facilities I contacted will charge around $125-150 to fix it and I have no way to contact the builder of this piece of junk so the only option I have is to throw the piece of junk in the garbage and buy a real instrument. I would give piece of failure a zero star but that was not an option.
