Quite a good roller if you are considering the purchase.
The Ultrasport DIY Massage Roller with 3 Zone Pressure Point Surface incl. training poster arrived in a box. The poster is more a multi language leaflet providing small pictures of possible combinations of work outs. You will need a clear space to use the massage roller on, probably best on a carpeted floor and not a wooden floor. Probably best not to have a dog around as whilst on the floor you are then at their level, my dog liked my face when i was using this roller! You will need a good physical capability to benefit from the roller, not easy to use and not for a novice that is using this for the first time. The benefits from using this are good i imagine longer over time, if you have the perseverance, time, space and inclination to persevere, you only need to spend 5 mins every day its a good workout at low cost.

Beginner to foam rollers
As this is my first foam roller I can’t rate it compared with other form rollers available, but as my first foam roller I love it as it’s done wonderful things for tension in my quads after weight lifting so I’m recovering faster and able to perform a little better overall. I’d been looking at buying a foam roller but was uncertain which one to opt for, so when this one popped up I decided to give it a go and I'm glad that I did, considering that I’m new to foam rollers I suppose I could have gone wrong but this one has certainly turned out to be a winner for me.This roller does come with instructions but use is fairly simple anyway - place under area that aches, and roll yourself over the foam roller to get a good deep massage - apparently this roller isn’t as firm as others so good for beginners but it’s still enough to get the job done. I’ve had to store this out of the way of my cats so they don’t try to use it as a scratch post, but it takes no effort at all to bring it out for a few minutes a day to roll myself over the roller to ease tight muscles - it certainly beats the time, money, and effort of finding a massage therapist!I’m confident this was a good choice for me as a beginner, very happy with this foam roller.

Simple, Quick and Easy to Use
I found this roller simple, quick and easy to use, even though I'd never used one before. It's a pretty simple process. Find yourself a cleared floor space, settle down and roll this foam roller over areas that need loosening up with a quick massage. My exercise of choice is yoga and I mostly use this for my back. I've found that using this on my lower spine really helps, though using it on my upper back definitely took a little getting used to. Thankfully this does come with an instruction sheet and always take care because even though this is quite soft, its a bit bigger than I expected and you could definitely hurt yourself with it. I haven't found the need to use it on my legs much, but the few times I have tried it I've definitely felt the improvement and can see that this is where you'll likely get the most benefit. All in all this is a quick and easy way to release some tension in your muscles. If you've never used a foam roller before, this is a good place to start.

Ideal for yoga, pilates and general fitness
This Ultrasport DIY Massage Roller is quite sturdy and features a multi-textured surface. It is available in a choice of five colours – mine is a bright uranium orange – with dimensions of: diameter 6 in (14 cm) with a length of 15 in (38 cm). You get a multi-language leaflet included with some diagrams and exercise suggestions featured on it – some are shown on Amazon's Product Page. The foam on this roller is softer than some others I've tried and I find it helps with my back stretches and hamstrings particularly without too much discomfort. If you have got a bit of free floor space and a bit of time to spare then using this roller should help with your yoga, pilates and general fitness. The roller is light and easy to use and is reasonable value at around twenty-five quid. Four stars for the results so far.

Good massages
A tricky thing to get started with. There is a nice instructional poster that comes with the roller with pictures and words to help you get the best from it, though it took me a while to get to grips with. Once I did, I found the massage effect very relaxing. It can be used to massage your legs, but also your back, which is very helpful for me because I spend a lot of time sat down in my job which means I can get kinks in my back. When that happens, the roller is a handy way to get a good massage of the area without anyone around to do it for me. It's also very sturdy. I'm about 14 stone and the roller can take my weight without bending. I'm going to get a lot of good use out of this!

Good product at a price.
A fairly expensive piece of kit, but one that is very versatile. It comes with reasonable ‘picture’ instructions and at just over a foot long is easy to store away. The product has an embedded pattern to ‘massage’ when being used. There are a number of routines you can do with this; however some of them are more advanced than I could handle and needed a fair bit of space. The biggest use was easing muscle pain. Placed under my calves the foam roller eased away the pain of tight muscles over two or three sessions. Fairly expensive, but if you are after a massage roller for Yoga etc. then this is a good one.

Excellent foam roller, solid and does what you need it to, great price
Seriously impressed. I was a bit worried when I opened this up as I thought it looked a bit flimsy, but that clearly is not the case. I also thought it might not dig as deep as I need, but it is definitely doing the trick on my calves and getting into the fascia as needed. I've also got a muscle mauler, and have used a few other brands and gyms, and I definitely think the foam rollers like this, with raised nodules (not just flat) do a better job of rolling you out and helping with tense muscles/muscle strain etc. And at this price, a bargain.
