After having a blocked bathroom sink for a few days and taking off the u-bend to find the blockage must be further on down the pipe I decided to buy this. Lots of negative reviews made me nervous to spend the best part of £26! But, was worth a try before calling out a plumber. I poured in nearly half the bottle at first until the sink started to fill. An hour later it had drained away slightly. I then topped up and left for 2 more hours. Seeing everything had gone, I poured the rest down to see if it stayed down... but nope, still there... literally seconds later the lot sank away! I poured down loads of hot water... the pipe was now completely cleared! £26 is a lot to spend but for me this was very well worth it. You literally pour it into the sink, loo, whatever and just leave it. Easy.

I spent £50 for a supposedly strong drain cleanser on the market but it did not perform at all? I had to use the whole bottle hoping it will help unblock my sink but nothing happened?

I used this product to clear a badly blocked toilet. I put the whole bottle down at 10:00pm & left it until 11:00am the following morning, unfortunately it didn’t clear the blockage completely so I called out the water board who confirmed that the main drain was clear & that the blockage must still be in the toilet itself. I have given this product 4 stars because it took longer than the 12 hours & I thought I was going to have to buy another product to clear the blockage but after just another day or so it finally cleared. I would definitely buy this product again as it does clear blockages & I can only assume that the toilet was badly blocked & to be fair I had tried a few different products which were useless. Definitely recommend.

Ok...63 year old woman medically shielding in lockdown. 6 weeks ago had blocked toilet which professional drain guys cleared £130 but do to Covid restrictions I couldn’t get plumber in to investigate why it had blocked. Yet again toilet seriously blocked. Put a whole bottle down at 5pm left it and at 13:00 next day poured kettle of very hot water not boiling down toilet. Repeated 3 times. Then flushed toilet and water rose quite high and then slowly drained. All of a sudden gurgling and it cleared! Drain guys tip...flush followed immediately by large bucket of hot water. Did this as many times as I could and toilet cleared until I can safely get plumber in to investigate. I’m over the moon and ordering more as stand by. Amazing!

Expensive product so I thought it would clear my toilet drain but didn’t touch it

I used this on my toilet which wasn't flushing away properly. I poured the whole bottle in as instructed and left it for around 18 hours.I poured some hot water into the toilet and flushed it a couple of times. Job done. So far the toilet has been flushing fine ever since.Easy to use and no pungent smell.Would buy this again.

Bought the product via Amazon from SILVER COMPASS thinking if it works, great, if it doesn't, nothing's lost.The product itself seems fairly innert, poured in, looked like gellified sugar syrup (not saying it is!). Left standing for 48+ hours. No result. Contacted SILVER COMPASS for refund in accordance with the condition of sale stipulated in the description. Got fobbed off with marketing nonsense. Requested refund again, simply got ignored. Asked Amazon to step in; refund issued by Amazon.I'd say definely avoid the seller, and the product itself seems rather dubious. YMMV

Tried two bottles did not work drain remained blocked, misleading sales pitch, no better than you can buy in super market waste of money, company does say on bottle will refund but no response.

This cleared up a toilet clog that I was sure would need a plumber's help! Left it overnight, praying it would work, sure enough in the a.m. it flushed like normal!!!!!!!!! Yay! 5 stars!

I didn't want to use Drano again and risk damaging my pipes. My cheap plastic pipe snake was extremely difficult fitting through the small and slightly corroded access point or hard ninety degree bend in my old bathtub. The vinegar and baking soda trick wasn't working as well as it used to. And then I read about this product on a message board.I slowly poured about half of the small jug as instructed on my slow draining bathtub drain pipe, waited the proper amount of time (there's a small smell while the green gobbler is working - I cracked open a window and kept the bathroom door closed), and then flushed it with approximately 1.5 liters of boiling water from my kettle. About 4-6 hours later I still noticed a slight smell so I ran the hot water tap in my sink until it was really hot and then switched to the bathtub hot water tap to flush out the drain. I am not sure if those extra hours of any residual Green Gobbler sitting in my drain pipe helped or harmed or nothing, but my bathtub drain works amazingly well now.I find the product to be expensive, but it was worth it (as long as it didn't damage anything I don't know about).

Really got excited with this product.. had a clog for the past 6-8 months .. Tried many ways and finally this. Applied overnite, tried a flush in the morning but was not satisfied. But after a couple of hours, to our surprise the clog got removed completly..

Dopo che abbiamo avuto diversi ospiti per più di un anno, alcuni bidet, lavandini e docce non funzionavano più bene e avevo paura di gettare capelli e cose lì dentro anche se abbiamo chiesto loro di non farlo.Ho provato il Green Gobbler Ultima già per un bidet dove l'acqua ha impiegato secoli a passare, ha lasciato il prodotto per 24 ore e poi risciacquato con acqua calda: è andato via come un sogno! Inoltre: anche il bagno sembra essere sullo stesso tubo perché anche lì l'acqua è andata velocemente alla doccia successiva! Grande!Adesso farò tutte le altre in cui l'acqua non è defluita bene. Per fortuna ho ordinato 2 flaconi insieme!//After we had several guests for over a year, some bidets, sinks and showers were not working well anymore and I was scared to threw hairs and stuff in there even though we asked them not to do so.Tried the Green Gobbler Ultima already for a bidet where the water took for ages to go, left the product for 24 hours and than rinsed with hot water: it went away like a dream! What's more: also the bath seems to be on the same tubing as there also the water went quickly at the next shower! Great!I am now going to do all others where the water did not flow away well. Luckily I ordered 2 bottles at once!
