M-TacHooded Tactical Jacket Fleece Lined - Water Resistant Softshell Jacket Men

It's been nearly impossible finding a well-fitting jacket for my son, even throughout his younger years. He heats up fast and ends up wearing hoodies most of the time. But at 24, this child needs a proper jacket! Sizing is the main issue as he's fit, slim in the waist but with broad shoulders. Most coats end up being too wide at the bottom. I searched for tapered options and this product popped up. He wanted a versatile jacket that was warm but not bulky. This jacket offered that plus it's rain and snow resistant. It's stylish enough to wear out to dinner but he can wear it work, workout, or walk the dog. Multiple zippered pockets are a plus as are the zippered vented armpits. If he gets too warm, instead of having to take it off straight away, he can vent instead. I ordered him Large at first but returned it for the XL which fits perfect. It's well made and imagine it will hold up well.

I am 5 foot six and weigh 180 pounds and I ordered a large and it fits perfect. The only complaint I have about the jacket and it only takes a minute to get over is it the zipper is on the wrong side. Very nice jacket. Very warm, but it’s still easy to ventilate

I bought a few different brands of this jacket for comparison. This version (made in Ukraine, I think) is much better than the two Chinese brands I compared it to. The collars on the other brands were awful when the hood was stowed inside. I also prefer it over the CQR Men's Tactical Softshell because the CQR is lighter and the hood does not stow as well. But the CQR is a close second (and maybe a 1st choice for some people).PROS- Very comfortable with the hood stowed in the collar.- Organizers inside the chest pockets are great for keys, pen, pistol magazine.- Small-of-back pocket is great for gloves and/or hat- Low cut back keeps the wind out- Neoprene like material is an effective windbreak- Would probably make a good motorcycle jacket (thought I don't know how long the material would last in the constant 100 mph wind)CONS- Damned left handed zipper defies decades of muscle memory

I have worn this jacket almost every day for the past month while traveling to Poland and Ukraine and I can't say enough good things about it. I've worn it in nice weather with the arm vents open while walking around Kraków. In cool weather with the vents closed. In cold/freezing temperatures with a fleece underneath and in rainy weather. It has been an awesome jacket in every condition. The only issue I've had is sometimes it's hard to zip the zipper. Other times it zips up right away. I haven't found the trick to getting it to zip right away 100% of the time but given how well it's performed in every condition, I am still giving it 5 stars.

Great price, great material and nice and warm. It's in regulation for Navy if your wondering. Cheaper than some other brands but still high quality. I had my co workers buy the same ones so we all match they love them as well. Thanks for the excellent jacket.

Eh, if you like jackets to fit more largely, you may end up liking this. For me - this was far from any slim or flattering fit and just wasn't for me. The shoulders were a particular point of questionable.

If you want a loose fit, long sleeves, order your size. If you want a clean perfect fit, order a size down.Jacket feels amazing, love the quality and all its pockets.

The jacket had a lot of pockets, so you can take all you need with you, it's suit more for autumn than for winter
