This brush is great for shoes and boots. I use it to brush off dirty leather tennis shoes and boots. It cleans dust and dirt right off and doesn't scratch the leather. The smaller brushes are great for getting in the nooks and crannies.

This brush set works really well for cleaning and polishing leather shoes. The horsehair bristles are soft enough to avoid scratching the leather but still do a great job picking up dust and applying polish. The variety of sizes is useful—the small daubers are especially handy for getting into tight spots around the soles.

Let me start by saying I’m new to shoe cleaning. I bought this to refinish my thorogood boots. I work in a metal shop and my boots were looking pretty rough. After watching a few videos on how the pros do things, I bought this kit along with some saddle soap and some beeswax based conditioner. The small brushes worked great for scrubbing the soap all along my filthy stained boots. I worked that little brush pretty vigorously for 30 minutes to get both boots clean. Lost no bristle hairs. After hand applying the conditioner I gave the boots a light buff with the large brush. I had several co workers ask me if I got new shoes😂. Awesome product kit for the price and suites my needs perfectly.

This set is very good quality. The bristles didn't come out at all. I noticed that the large brush is exactly the same size as my old Kiwi brush, and I expect to get years of use from all three pieces.

I’m a new police cadet after a mid life crisis and understand quality importance in all aspects of life. I have never shined boots and after researching multiple YouTube videos I attempted to use cotton balls and sponges to shine my boots with lackluster results. These brushes make life easier especially around the outer tread regions of most popular boots today. Small brush for applying wax, large for lightly polishing. Do this several times and follow up with a heat gun and a little water and cloth to buff it to a mirror finish. It’s going to take time, effort and multiple coats so don’t expect a miracle. This is merely a tool to get the job done right.
