Vm 2000 Solgar 180

I’m Loyal to this brand. Several years ago,I had taken up exercising. My circulation improved so much. After a time I became so very tired all the time. I had trouble going to sleep and would wake up as tired as before I went to bed. Another thing my nose was runny. I’ve never had problems like that. Someone suggested I was depleted on vitamins/minerals. Solgar brands was recommended. Wow, within a week I was sleeping so well, and amazingly, more runny nose. I felt great.

I chose these because the Vitamin A is Beta Carotene, which is superior. But recently I have been reading that too much Vitamin A - actually, too much antioxidants -- can actually be harmful. It turns out that a certain level of free radicals (which are targeted and neutralized by anti oxidants) are needed by the body. Removing too many of the free radicals can actually raise the risk of a cancer cell being able to reproduce. I had been taking one of these every day (even though the full complement of vitamins requires taking two at a time). Recently I have started taking one only every few days, perhaps twice a week. I do believe that these are high quality vitamins and will continue to use but at a lower dosage. The pills are rounded elongated tablets and quite large but manageable. Amazon offers the best price that I have found.

I see result with the solgar vm-2000, first couple of times you take this, expect stomach aches and an energy high that causes you not to sleep in the first day or two.I'm training every day with weights and started eating less ( to lose some weight) and one of the side effects of negative calorie intake (depends of the number of diet's you did in your life) is that the body turn to "eat" muscles first, before fat, the vm-2000, minimize this effect, at least for me it did.

This was a good deal and I didn't want to pass it up. In another review I gave good detail about the benefits that I am receiving based on my blood work in 4 different doctors of mine have highly recommended me to keep taking the supplement which I have been doing so for the past 5 years

As usual, VM 2000 met my expectations. In fact, this time they exceeded my expectations because I received twice as many vitamins almost for the price of one bottle. I have many friends who now take these vitamins and they love them, as do I. The best.
