Pros, Cons, Overall Opinion
I'm a mid-30s female, started 2020 at 240lbs, have since gained another 40 over the course of a year. I have a road bike but the lighter frame and tires only the width of a dime I felt like I was going to make it collapse. So I wanted something with a sturdier frame and wider wheels and one where I could sit more upright, hence I started looking at cruisers. This is one of the few that has all the features I was looking for-hand pull brakes (NOT a pedal brake)-7-speed-wide solid frame-wide tires-upright position-wide comfy seat-rear cargo carrier-front basketAfter having it 3 weeks one probably gone around 15 miles total on it, and some.od the features I wasnt looking for but absolutely love:-soft padded handle grips that come in a woodgrain pattern-handle bars are wide but not at wide as some other cruisers I've ridden where wide handlebars make turning difficult AMD awkward-fenders kept pants from getting totally wet and muddy if the weather is bad-reflector on rear fender-springs on the seat-make riding over a pothole less painful!-IT HAS A CUPHOLDER! AND A BOTTLE OPENER! Mostly excited about the cupholder, it's nice to take a short leisurely ride and sip a glass of sweet tea-white frame-while I was hoping for a more colorful frame, turns out the white makes you more visible at nightCons:Putting it together was difficult but not impossible, however mine had an issue with shifting smoothly between gears so I took it into REI and they were able to fix it and show me some.other things that would have helped when I was putting it together. Even if you put it together yourself I'd recommend taking it in after 50 miles or so.-Won't fit traditional bike carriers like the ones that hook into the trailer hitch and the bike rests on bars that go through the frame-To do use it with an upright carrier on a car with a roof rack, when you remove the front wheel you must also remove the fender-the basket is small and the leather straps holding it to the bike are cheap, ove already ordered a different basket, there are a ton of optionsOverall I am so pleased with this bike! I'm getting out of the house every day, losing about 4 lbs a week and saving on gas $$ because I can bike to the grocery store! It's just a sturdy, fun, good bike!

Cannot go wrong with a Huffy
This bike is so beautiful and sturdy. I ride about a mile to work everyday and this bike makes my short commute super comfortable. I love having the little basket for carrying necessities and the bike goes fast enough to make my ride only about 7 minutes long. The gold is very subdued and I like having the little bottle opener attached! Absolutely love my bike.

Absolutely Love It!!!
I have been begging my husband for one and now that summer is finally here he surprised me with my awesome new Panama Jack beach cruiser! It's comfortable to ride and even has a bottle opener on the front fork...how cool is that! It comes almost fully assembled out of the box and after about 30 minutes I was out the door riding :)

rad cruiser bike
I’m super happy with my new bike! Love that as a drink holder I was surprised when I found a beer opener on the side of the frame as well. His bike is perfect for me! Very comfortable with a nice big springs underneath the seat. Not too hard to assemble either

Should have trusted the ONE STAR reviews...Huffy will not help with manufacture errors.
We purchased this for my 12 year old daughter in August 2019. We decided to spend over $330 on a bike so that is would last for many many years and I thought we were choosing a reputable brand. It was *not* fun to put together, the instructions were hard to understand and parts were bent and missing. We made due and fixed the bent parts and sent in for the missing parts. We live in a state that snows so it has been in our garage until last month. We figured she was able to use it 3.5 months total before it fell apart. I'm not talking a little piece of plastic broke, the entire gear shift cracked and fell off while switching the gear one step up. I couldn't believe it! We told her we would contact Huffy and they would be able to help us.Boy, was I wrong! They only have a 6 month warranty and could care less that this happened. It's during COVID so they are selling bikes quicker than they can make them so why would they care about a 12 year old girl who was riding everyday to get outside. I'm saddened by their responses and how much they could not care even though they know they are responsible. A bike repair shop told us this was NOT a rider error and definitely a manufacture issue. He was horrified that they wouldn't help us.

A good value
I've only owned the bike a month but so far it's a nice comfortable ride and shifts well. I do expect to eventually replace the seat as it's not sturdy and well made but it's not uncomfortable. The basket is cute, flimsy and small so I have ordered another basket for it. I haven't used the cup holder as I'm not sure that will work for my riding needs. It was easy to assemble and my husband had it together within a few hours. I think so far it is a good bike at a good value. Time will well as to how sturdy of a bike it is; I do try to ride daily and do at least 10 miles.

Very Nice Bike! Simple Old School Luxury!
My wife didn't want 10 speeds, shifters, or complexity. Just wanted an old school comfortable bike. This one fills the bill. Looks good, is built well, is simple to operate and gets the job done!

Love it or hate it!!!!
It looks beautiful, in my opinion it does not ride very smooth, I purchased aSchwinn Sanctuary 7 Cruiser Bike to my husband in the same time and it rides much better, I almost got used to how it rides by now and would by it again because of the look.
